Ներքաղաքական դաշտում վերջին օրերին հարաբերական անդորր է հաստատվել: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այն երկար չի տևի, բայց այն հանգամանքը, որ այժմ այդ անդորրը գոյություն ունի, մի քանի կարևոր բաների մասին է խոսում:
Քաղաքական ուժերի ու հասարակական կառույցների ակտիվացում կարելի է սպասել իշխանական մարմինների գործունեության արդյունքում կամ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի աշխատանքի, թեև, դրանք էլ փոխկապակցված են միմյանց հետ: Բայց մինչ իշխանությունները կմտնեին կառավարման ավելի եռուն շրջան, ոչ իշխանական ուժերը որոշ քաղաքական ակցիաներ, այդուհանդերձ նախապատրաստել էին:
Սպասվում էր, որ հունվարի 20-ին տեղի կունենա ԲՀԿ ղեկավարի նախաձեռնած խորհրդաժողովը: Այն վերջին պահին հետաձգվեց մինչև փետրվարի 5-ը Վ. Պերմյակովի ոճրագործության հետևանքով կամ պատրվակով: Այստեղ հարց է առաջանում, ԲՀԿ-ն ու իր շուրջը հավաքված հասարակական ու քաղաքական ուժերն ունեի՞ն այն քաղաքական ներուժը, որ խորհրդաժողովն իր հզորությամբ, առաջարկներով, լուծումներով շոշափելի ազդեցություն ունենար ներքաղաքական գործընթացների վրա: Խորհրդաժողովն արդյունավետ կարելի է համարել այն դեպքում, եթե հնարավոր լինի գտնել առկա խնդիրներին լուծումներ ու հասարակական ճնշման տակ դրանք հասցվեր կառավարող օղակներին:
Քաղաքական ճնշումներ իրականացնել հնարավոր է, օրինակ, ժողովրդի լայն զանգվածներ իրենց թիկունքում ունենալով, ինչն, այս պարագայում կասկածելի հանգամանք է, հաշվի առնելով հասարակության շրջանում տարբեր ռեսուրսներ ունենալու շնորհիվ իշխող ուժերի դոմինանտ լինելն ու ընդդիմադիր դաշտի որոշակի մասնատվածությունը:
Հաջորդը, առհասարակ, պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ այս ծանր իրավիճակից դուրս գալու իրական ելքեր առաջարկվելու դեպքում հազիվ թե իշխանությունները չընդունեին: Միանգամայն պարզ է, որ տնտեսական դրությունը բավականաչաբ բարդ է ու 2015-ն էլ դեռ խոստանում է տնտեսապես բարդ տարի լինել: Այլ հարց է, թե որքանով է հավանական այդպիսի առաջարկների ձևավորումը համաժողովի ընթացքում, հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ նախ, Եռյակի հիմնական ինտելեկտուալ ներուժ ունեցող ՀԱԿ-ը չի մասնակցում համաժողովին, իսկ մյուս կողմից մասնակցում էին քաղաքական ու մասնագիտական առումով արդեն անկման ուղին բռնած կադրեր, ինչպիսիք են Տիգրան Կարապետյանը, Արամ Հարությունյանը, Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանն ու այլք:
Այսինքն` ի սկզբանե, համաժողովը թեև ֆինանսական առումով ապահովված է, բայց ֆինանսական ռեսուրսը սոցիալական, հասարակական ու ինտելեկտուալ ռեսուրսի վերածելու ճանապարհին խնդիրներ կան: Ուստի, այն հնարավոր է չտա նախապես քարոզվող արդյունքը, որը որոշ բացասական արդյունքներ կառաջացնի, նպաստելով քաղաքական, մասնավորապես նաև ոչ իշխանականների դաշտում ԲՀԿ-ի ազդեցության թուլացմանը:
Այսպիսով, 2015-ի փետրվարին սպասվող քաղաքական ակտիվացումը սպասվում է ոչ իշխանականների շրջանում բալանսի որոշ փոփոխությամբ:
