Ինչպես արդեն հայտնի է, Սերժ Սարգսյանի թեթև ձեռքով փոքրիկ բազմազանություն մտավ վերջին տարիներին գրեթե ավանդույթ դարձած «հայոց փառապանծ բանակին» նվիրված ներբողների շքահանդեսի մեջ: Կայծակնային արագությամբ հայաստանյան համացանցն ու էլեկտրոնային մամուլը հեղեղվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի արդեն իսկ հայտնի, անգամ կարելի է ասել` թևավոր դարձած ռեպլիկով: Սակայն, որքան էլ տարօրինակ կարող է թվալ, հայաստանյան լրատվամիջոցների նման վարքագիծը վկայում է մի շարք սնանկությունների մասին:
Նախ համառոտ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ մեղմ ասած, լեզվի սայթաքումների մասին: Սույն քաղաքական գործիչը բազմիցս արդեն ցույց է տվել, որ անկախ իր, միգուցե, նաև իր մերձակա շրջապատի ջանքերից, բացարձակապես հեռու է մասսայական գործիչ լինելու կերպարից: Նա հանրային գործիչ չէ և պարզապես անկարող է շփվել հանրության հետ՝ այդ թվում նաև լրագրողների: Ի դեպ, կցանկանայինք շեշտել, որ սա լավ կամ վատ հատկանիշ չէ, այլ պարզապես փաստ, որի հետ ուզենք, թե չուզենք, պետք է հաշվի նստենք: Այս ամենը նորություն չէր դեռ 2013-ի նախագահական ընտրությունների նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակ: Կարծում ենք՝ հարկ չէ հերթական անգամ հիշեցնել՝ այդ շրջանում Սերժ Սարգսյանի լեզվական բացթողումների մասին: Վերջին «սայթաքումը» որևէ կերպ չէր առանձնանում մյուսներից: Խնդիրը սակայն շատ ավելի լուրջ է, քան Սերժ Սարգսյանի այս կամ այն արտահայտությունը:
Հայաստանյան պետական կառավարման բուրգի ցանկացած ներկայացուցչի հանրային ելույթում, հարցազրույցում կամ ասուլիսում առկա են նմանատիպ կազուսային դրվագներ. Սերժ Սարգսյանն այս տեսանկյունից բացառություն չէ: Իհարկե, հասկանալի է, որ վերջինիս զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ելնելով՝ այլ բնույթ է ստանում հանրային ուշադրությունը: Խնդիրը, սակայն ոչ թե Սարգսյանի կամ մյուսի արտահայվելու կերպը կամ բառապաշարն է, այլ այն թեմայի կամ բովանդակության բացակայությունը, որի մասին տրվում են հարցեր և հնչում պատասխաններ: Նման իրավիճակը ծնվում է պարզապես ամբողջ հայաստանյան «քաղաքական համակարգի իմպոտենտությունից»: Եթե անգամ Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր հայտնի ռեպլիկի փոխարեն շատ բոցաշունչ և դիվանագիտական պատասխան տար, ապա բովանդակային առումով որևէ փոփոխություն չէր լինելու:
Իրականում հենց սույն փաստը պետք է առավելագույնս արժանանար հայաստանյան լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրությանը: Սակայն այստեղ բացահայտվում է նաև մեկ այլ սնանկություն: Ներկայիս հայրենական մամուլն առավելապես ներկայանում է որպես ռեպլիկային բլոգ, որի գործունեությունը որևէ աղերս չունի վերլուծական լրատվության հետ:
Արդյունքում` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Զինված ուժերի կազմավորման օրվա խորհուրդը, որը տրամաբանորեն պետք է նվիրված լիներ մինչ օրս բանակի ձեռքբերումներին, բացթողումներին, թերացումներին և այդ թերացումները ուղղելու խնդիրներին և նմանատիպ բազում այլ հարցերին, ամփոփվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի մեկ դարձվածքի մեջ, որի շնորհիվ հայաստանյան, հիմնականում` էլեկտրոնային մամուլը, լուծեց ընթերցողների թվաքանակի օրվա պլանի խնդիրը:
