Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է վրացական մամուլը, այսօր՝ հունվարի 29-ին, Վրաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գեորգի Կվիրիկաշվիլին եւ Ադրբեջանի տրանսպորտի նախարար Զիյա Մամեդովը մասնակցել են Բաքու – Թբիլիսի – Կարս երկաթուղային մայրուղու վրացական հատվածի շնորհանդեսին, որը կայացել է Ջավախքում: Հետեւելով Վրաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի խոսքին՝ կարելի է ենթադրել, որ տվյալ պետությունը պարզապես ցնծության մեջ է կապված վերը նշված համագործակցության հետ:
Նկատենք, որ Բաքու–Թբիլիսի–Կարս երկաթուղին կառուցվում Է վրացա-ադրբեջանա-թուրքական միջպետական համաձայնագրի հիման վրա: Ադրբեջանը Վրաստանի հատվածի կառուցման համար տրամադրել Է 775 միլիոն դոլար գումարի վարկ:
Բոլորիս էլ պարզ է, որ երկաթգծից բացի Ջավախքում նաև կայարան է աշխատելու, լինելու են պահեստային տարածքներ, շինարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացնող ուժ պահանջող կառույցներ։ Ցավով պետք է նշենք, որ այդ ամենն այսօր կառուցվում և շահագործվում է թուրքերի կողմից։ Փաստորեն, ստացվում է՝ տնտեսական շահն իր հետ հայկական Ջավախք նաև թուրք բնակչություն է բերում։ Թե որքանո՞վ է տվյալ երկաթգծի բացումը լուրջ սպառնալիք հանդիսանում հենց ջավախահայության համար եւ իրականում ի՞նչ շահ է հետապնդում այստեղ Ադրբեջանը, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց Վրաստանի հարցերով փորձագետ Ջոնի Մելիքյանից.
-Պետք է նշեմ, որ դա դեռեւս երկաթգծի փորձարկումն էր, կան աշխատանքներ, որոնք դեռ ավարտին չեն հասցվել: Նրանք պատրաստվում են երկթագիծը հանձնել մինչեւ այս տարվա ավարտը:
Ինչպես գիտենք, հիմնական ֆինանս տրամադրող կողմն Ադրբեջանն է: Այս երկաթգծի շահագործումը շատ կարեւոր է եւ՛ Ադրբեջանի, եւ՛ Թուրքիայի համար, իսկ Վրաստանն էլ՝ որպես տարանցիկ երկիր, այդ ամենով ապահովվում է, իսկ այդ երկու պետություններն էլ կատարում են ներդրումներ եւ բացում աշխատատեղեր:
Ջավախքում կկառուցվի մեկ մեծ կայան եւ, ըստ Վրաստանի իշխանության, այնտեղ պետք է նոր աշխատատեղեր բացվեն, քանի որ այդ ուղին անցնելու է Թուրքիայի տարածք Ջավախքով: Այս հարցերում համար մեկ պատասխանատուն Վրաստանի իշխանությունն է, որը լիազորված է լուծել առաջացած յուրաքանչյուր խնդիր: Պետք է նկատենք, որ հենց Ջավախքը սահման ունի Թուրքիայի հետ. դա է պատճառը, որ երկաթգիծն այդտեղով է անցնում, ուղղակի այստեղ Ադրբեջանն իր շահերը ունի՝ տվյալ երկրին պետք է, որ իր բեռը տեղափոխվի Թուրքիա եւ Եվրոպա: Կարելի է ասել, որ երկաթգծի կառուցումը Վրաստանում եւս մեկ քայլ է, որը սահմանափակում է Հայաստանին: Այս ընթացքում անգամ հայտարարություններ են արվել, որ մինչեւ Հայաստանը չվերադարձնի Արցախի տարածքները, որոնք իրենք համարում են օկուպացված, այդ երկաթուղուց չի օգտվելու: Սա եւս մեկ քայլ է Հայաստանին մեկուսացնելու համար:
Ես չեմ կարծում, որ ունենալով բավական լուրջ լծակներ՝ կկարողանան ինչ-որ չափով ազդել նրա վրա, որ մեր բեռները, որոնք Հայաստանից կտեղափոխվեն Վրաստան, հնարավոր չլինի նույն ճանապարհով ուղարկել Եվրոպա:
