«Էս երկրին ղեկավարություն է պետք». խոսակցական դարձվածք, որն առավելագույնն է բնութագրում ներկայիս հայաստանյան քաղաքական իրավիճակը: Հայաստանում ոչ միայն ղեկավարության, այլև, ընդհանրապես, քաղաքական կյանքի բացակայությանը հանդիպում ենք ամեն քայլափոխի: Չնայած այն փաստին, որ հայաստանյան եթերը, տպագիր ու էլեկտրոնային մամուլը հեղեղված են «ցնցող» և «պայթեցնող» վերտառությամբ հոդվածներով ու իրադարձություններով, բայց բովանդակային առումով երկրի քաղաքական կյանքը գտնվում է կլինիկական մահվան մեջ:
Արտաքին քաղաքականություն
Հայաստանյան արտաքին քաղաքականության մասին խոսելը ենթակա է վերածվելու պարզունակ ժամավաճառության, քանի որ, ընդհանրապես, կասկածի տակ է համապատասխան գերատեսչության գոյությունը: Ինչ խոսք, ՀՀ-ն ունի արտգործնախարարություն և արտգործնախարար, ինչպես նաև աշխատակիցների մի ողջ բազմություն, որոնք աշխատավարձ են ստանում հարկատուների ու պետբյուջեի հաշվին, սակայն հենց սրանով էլ սկսվում և ավարտվում է սույն գերատեսչության առաքելությունը: Ի դեպ, գրեթե նույն իրավիճակն է տիրում մյուս գերատեսչություններում, մի գուցե մեկ-երկու բացառությամբ:
Ներքին կյանք
Հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական կյանքն առավել քան զավեշտալի է: Իհարկե, պաշտոնական լրատվությունը վերամբարձ պաթոսով ներկայացնում է հայաստանյան պետական պաշտոնյաների գործունեությունը: Իրականում, սակայն, այդ գործունեությունն այս կամ այն արարողակարգային քայլերից այն կողմ չի անցնում: Տարատեսակ շնորհանդեսները, բացումները, հռչակագրերն ու հայտարարությունները հասկանալի է, որ պետք լինեն պետական պաշտոնյայի աշխատանքային օրվա գրաֆիկում, սակայն միայն դրանցով սահմանափակվելն անթույլատրելի, կարելի է անգամ ասել, որ հանցավոր ճոխություն է հայաստանյան ներքին ու արտաքին մարտահրավերների առկայության պայմաններում: Մեծ հաշվով, ներկայումս երկիրը գտնվում է ինքնահոսի վիճակում, որի պայմաններում պետական բարձրագույն ղեկավարությունը ( եթե ընդունենք, որ վերջինս, այնուամենայնիվ, գոյություն ունի) և հասարակությունը հայտնվել են միմյանց հետ որևէ աղերս չունեցող իրականություններում: Այս պայմաններում արդեն հարկ է խոսել ոչ թե հասարակության և երկրի ղեկավարության միջև առկա անջրպետների, այլև երկու բոլորովին տարբեր, իսկ երբեմն էլ իրար հակասող իրողությունների մասին: Հակասող, քանի որ հայաստանյան բարձրագույն ղեկավարության գործունեությունը կամ անգործությունը թվում է, թե ուղղված է հայաստանյան հասարակության և Հայաստանի` որպես պետական կազմավորման գոյության դեմ:
Ի դեպ, հետաքրքիր է նշել, որ նման պայմաններում որակապես նույն բնույթն է կրում նաև հայաստանյան, այսպես կոչված, ընդդիմության գործունեությունը (անգործությունը), որը նույնպես արարողակարգային ու դեկլարատիվ հայտարարություններից այն կողմ չի անցնում:
