Անցյալ տարի ամերիկյան Morgan Stanley բանկը Թուրքիան դասակարգել է փխրուն հինգ տնտեսություն ունեցող երկրների շարքում և նշել, որ նման պետությունները ավելի խոցելի են օտարեկրյա ներդրումների հարցում:
Al-monitor-ն, իր հերթին, նշել է, թե Թուրքիայի օտարերկրյա ուղիղ ներդրումները 2014թ առաջին 10 ամիսների ընթացքում անկում են ապրել՝ կազմելով $9.79 մլրդ.՝ 2013թ.-ին ներկայացված $13 միլիարդի համեմատ: Օրինակ 2014թ առաջին 10 ամիսների ընթացքում ԵՄ երկրների ներդրումները կազմել են $439 մլն. դոլար, իսկ 2013թ-ին այն եղել է $829 մլն.: Ասիայից ուղիղ ներդրումները նույնպես անկում են ապրել` 2014թ առաջին 10 ամիսների ընթացքում կազմելով $1.38 մլրդ.՝ ի համեմատ անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում գրանցված $2.29 մլրդ.-ի:
