Հայկազ Գալստյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.
Առանց իրացնելու նպատակի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հոգեմետ նյութ ապօրինի ձեռք բերելուն օժանդակելու փորձ կատարելու համար մեղադրվող Կարեն Դավթյանը ՀՀ ԱՆ <<Երևան-Կենտրոն>> ՔԿՀ-ում պահվել է առանց դատարանի որոշման.
Ինչպես հայտնել էի ավելի վաղ, օգոստոսի 26-ին առավոտյան ժամը 10:30-ին ՀՀ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի արագ արձագանքման վարչության երկու աշխատակիցների հետ միասին այցելել էինք ՀՀ ԱՆ <<Երևան-Կենտրոն>> ՔԿՀ և վերջիններիս ներկայությամբ պահանջեցի անհապաղ ազատ արձակել Կարեն Դավթյանին, որը առանց պատճառաբանության մերժվել էր:
Ձեզ եմ ներկայացնում ՀՀ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի արագ արձագանքման վարչության կողմից 27.08.2014թ. կազմված ամփոփագիրը, որտեղից ակնհայտ երևում է, որ Կարեն Դավթյանը ՀՀ ԱՆ <<Երևան-Կենտրոն>> ՔԿՀ-ում կալանքի տակ է գտնվել առանց դատարանի որոշման: Ամփոոփագրից հստակ երևում է նաև, որ մինչև ժամը 12:00-ն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում առկա չի եղել կալանքի տակ պահելու մասին որոշում և ավելին քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կողմից է դատարանին տեղեկացվել որոշման բացակայության մասին:
Իսկ ժամը 12:00-ից հայտնված որոշումը, որը կայացվել էր 25.08.2014թ. և նույն օրը ստացվել էր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում խիստ կասկածելի է թվում, չէ որ հիմնարկի պետի տեղակալը հաստատեց, որ իրենք չունեն որոշում և իրենք են տեղեկացրել դատարանին դրա մասին:
Արդեն իսկ դիմել եմ Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարին՝ դատարանից ելքագրվող փաստաթղթերի հաշվառման մատյանի պատճենը, ինչպես նաև քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ՝ մուտքագրվող փաստաթղթերի հաշվառման մատյանի պատճենը ստանալու համար:
