Քիչ առաջ մեկնարկած ԱԺ նիստում ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ հունվարի 31-ին Բերձորում տեղի ունեցած անկարգություններին, երբ ԼՂՀ ոստիկանները ծեծի էին ենթարկել Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի անդամներին:
Փաշինյանը նախ նշեց, որ ԼՂՀ անվտանգության հարցում Հայաստանում ընդդիմությունը և իշխանությունը միասնական են, և անթույլատրելի է այս հարցում ներքին կյանքում տարընթերցում թույլ տալու հնարավորությունը:
«Հրեշավոր երևույթ է տեղի ունեցել Բերձորում, որը լրջագույն հարված է Արցախի պետականությանը: Հանրությունն սպասում է պատասխանների, հանրությունը, մեծ հաշվով, շոկի մեջ է»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Վերջինս հանդես եկավ առաջարկով՝ ստեղծել ԱԺ պատգամավորների պատվիրակություն, մեկնել Ստեփանակերտ, և ԼՂՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորենրի հետ միասին քննարկել տեղի ունեցածը:
Փաշինյանին ընդհատեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը, նշելով՝ խոսել բացառապես օրակարգի վերաբերյալ:
Այնուամենայնիվ, Գալուստ Սահակյանն անդրադարձավ Փաշինյանի առաջարկին: Վերջինս ասաց, որ հարցը կքննարկի ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահի հետ և կարձագանքի Փաշինյանի առաջարկին:
Ավելի ուշ՝ մտքերի փոխանակման ժամանակ, Փաշինյանը կրկին ձայնի իրավունք խնդրեց և Շարմազանովին կոչ արեց իր լիազորությունները չօգտագործել և խանգարել միտքն ավարտել:
Փաշինյանին արձագանքեց Շարմազանովը և կոչ արեց պահպանել կանոնակարգ օրենքը:
