«Մեր պատվիրակության դիրքորոշումը բոլորովին էլ ուղղորդված չէր որևէ մեկի կողմից, և ձեռնպահ քվերակությունը նշանակում էր` մենք կողմ չենք եղել, որ ՌԴ-ի լիազորությունները դադարեցվեն»,-այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ԵԽԽՎ-ում ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ դա քվեարկություն էր, որը բխում էր այդ պահին ստեղծված իրավճակից. «Հարցը դրված էր այսպես, թե ովքե՞ր են կողմ, որ ՌԴ լիազորությունները դադարեցվեն»:
«Մենք ձեռնպահ ենք քվեարկել, քանի որ իրավիճակից անմիջապես երևում էր, որ մեր քվեարկությամբ եւ մեր փոքրաթիվ ձայներով ստեղծված իրավիճակը որևէ կերպ չենք փոխի»:
Անդրադառնալով Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին եւ պատասխանելով Orer.am-ի այն հարցին, թե ԵԽԽՎ-ի պատվիրակություններն ինչպիսի ներկայացվածություն կունենան, քանի պատվիրակություն կայցելի Հայաստան Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառմանը, Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը նշեց. «Այս պահին կդժվարանամ ասել, թե քանիսը կմասնակցեն եւ ինչպիսի մասնակցություն կունենան: Դուք գիտեք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում մեծ մասշտաբով է նշվելու Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցը. իրականացվելու են բավականին կարեւոր միջոցառումներ, հատկապես ուզում եմ ընդգծել միջազգային խորհրդարանական մեծ ժողովը, որը կոչվելու է «Խորհրդարանականներն ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության»:
«Խորհրդարանականներն ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության» համաշխարհային խորհրդարանական շարժման նպատակն է համախմբել բոլոր երկրների խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներին և ընդհանուր որոշումներ կայացնել ցեղասպանությունների ճանաչման և հետագայում դրանց կրկնվելը կանխարգելելու, ատելության դեմ պայքարի կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ:
Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը ավելացրեց, որ ԵԽԽՎ-ի հաջորդ նստաշրջանը լինելու է ապրիլի 20-25-ը. «Այստեղ որեւէ պայմանավորվածություն չկա, նիստերը կանոնակարգված են՝ լինում են հունվար, ապրիլ, հունիս ամիսների վերջին շաբաթներին: Ապրիլի 20-25-ը լինելու է խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի լիագումար նիստը, որը որոշ իմաստով կխանգարի շատ պատվիրակների մասնակցությանը, քանզի չեն կարողանալու նիստը թողնել` խանգարելով նաեւ ԵԽԽՎ-ի ղեկավար կազմի մասնակցությանը: Բայց վստահաբար կարող եմ ասել, որ շատերը կմասնակցեն եւ կգտնեն որոշակի միջոց ու ձեւ, որպեսզի մի քանի օր առաջ կամ մի քանի օր հետո գան ու մասնակցեն` մատուցելով իրենց հարգանքի տուրքը»:
