Բերձորում «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» անդամներին ծեծի ենթարկելու փաստի առնչությամբ որոշ պատգամավորներ արդեն հայտնել են իրենց բացասական վերաբերմունքը: Հարկ ենք գտնում նկատել, որ դեպքի հետ կապված`մի շարք ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներ էլ նախընտրում են պարզապես լռել:
Տեսակետների բազմակարծության մեջ հետաքրքիր էր տեղեկանալ ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի թոհուբոհի միջով անցած, ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ռուստամ Գասպարյանի կարծիքը. «Նման քայլն իմ կողմից դատապարտելի է: Արցախի հերոս տղուն, ով Շուշիի հրամանատարն է եղել, չի կարելի դնել նման իրավիճակի մեջ, չէ՞ որ այդ մարդը կռվել է Արցախի համար, ու հիմա արցախցին է նրան այդ օրը գցում: Դա անընդունելի է, նա նամուս, թասիբ ունեցող տղա է, ով պայքարել ու կռվել է»:
Նկատենք, որ տեղի ունեցածի հետ կապված` Ռուստամ Գասպարյանը եկել է մի եզրահանգման. «Փաստորեն, այսօրվա դրությամբ, ով փորձում է իշխանությունների հասցեին բարձրաձայնել, ծեծի է ենթարկվում: Ես նորից կկրկնեմ, որ նման գործելաոճն ընդունելի չէ»:
Խոսելով շրջանառվող այն տեսակետի շուրջ, որ ավտոերթը սովորական պռովոկացիա էր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանության դեմ՝ պատգամավորը զարմանալով նշեց. «Ի՞նչ պռովոկացիայի մասին է խոսքը գնում, այնտեղ մի ամբողջ զորք էր հավքվել ու շրջափակել տարածքը, մարդիկ նախօրոք ծրագրված սպասել են ակցիայի մասնակիցներին: Հետեւելով իրադարձություններին՝ կարող եմ մեկ բան ասել, որ այս պարագայում հարկավոր է հաշվի առնել մեկ հանգամանք. այսօրվա դրությամբ Ղարաբաղի խնդիրը նաեւ մեր խնդիրն է»:
Մեր այն հակադարձմանը, թե ակցիայի մասնակիցները նախօրոք տեղյակ են եղել, որ ավտոերթի գաղափարը չի ողջունվել ո՛չ արցախցիների, ո՛չ էլ համապատասխան կառույցների կողմից, Ռ. Գասպարյանը նկատեց. «Ընդունենք, որ Ժիրայրը սխալ էր, պետք չէր Ղարաբաղ գնալ, բայց պետք էլ չէր ծեծի ենթարկել: Ընդհանրապես չեմ հասկանում, թե կանայք ու երեխաներն ինչ մեղք ունեն»:
Պատգամավորը նաեւ նշեց, որ, ելնելով օրենքի շրջանակներից եւ մարդասիրության սկզբունքներից, կարելի էր ավելի օրինական քայլերի միջոցով կանխել տեղի ունեցածը. «Երբ ակցիայի մասնակիցներին զգուշացրել են, որ չի կարելի անցնել տարածքը, մարդիկ շրջվել ու հետ են գնացել, այս պարագայում ծեծելն իմաստ ունե՞ր, թող բռնեին, կալանավորեին, բայց ոչ թե ծեծեին»:
Փաստորեն, դուրս է գալիս, որ օրինապահ մարմնի ներկայացուցիչները մազոխիստ են, իսկ ակցիայի մասնակիցներն անմեղ գառնուկներ, ովքեր, շահարկելով ապրիլի 24-ի մեծագույն սուգը, փորձեցին աչքի ընկնել եւ «իրենց արեւին» իշխանափոխության ծիլեր դնել՝ անգամ Ղարաբաղում:
