2015-ի հունվարը հայաստանյան քաղաքական համակարգի համար վերածվեց դիմակազերծումների, թվում է` չավարտվող մղձավանջի, որն առավելագույն ջանքեր է պահանջում պետական բարձրագույն ղեկավարություն ներկայացնող խմբից, որպեսզի երկրում հասարակական-քաղաքական իրավիճակը վերահսկողության շրջանակներում պահի: Մեկմեկու հաջորդեցին իրադարձություններ, որոնք կամ ի ցույց դրեցին համակարգի պարզունակ անզորությունը՝ երկրի առջև ծառացած հիմնախնդիրների նկատմամբ, կամ հերթական անգամ վերածվեցին պետական խայտառակության:
Երկրում տնտեսական-բանկային կոլապսը՝ պայմանավորված արժույթային տատանումներով, սահմանային լարվածությունն ու ադրբեջանական արկածախնդրությունները, Գյումրիի սպանդը՝ հաջորդած իրադարձություններով, Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտում ոչ պակաս սահմռկեցուցիչ սպանությունը, «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին», մեղմ ասած, կասակածելի օրենքը և Բերձորում «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» կազմակերպած խաղաղ ավտոերթի վրա վայրագ հարձակումը. այս ամենը թողնում են հասարակ անարխիայի տպավորություն:
Հենց վերջինի վրա էլ փորձենք կանգ առնել: Բերձորի իրադարձությունները հնարավոր չէ անվանել այլ կերպ, քան պետական խայտառակություն: Անվիճելի է, որ խաղաղ ավտոերթի մասնակիցների ծեծը պետական թողտվության հետևանք է, եթե ոչ պատժամիջոցի արդյունք: Ի վերջո, անկախ որևէ կազմակերպության կեցվածքից, նպատակներից ու հանցակազմ չպարունակող քայլերից, մեղմ ասած, անթույլատրելի է խաղաղ ակցիայի մասնակիցների ծեծուջարդը: Անվիճելի փաստ է նաև այն, որ ակցիայի մասնակիցների ու լրագրողների նկատմամբ ոստիկանա-քաղաքացիական հրոսակախմբի ցուցաբերած վարքագիծն ունեցել է «վերևների դաբրոն»: Նկատի ունենալով այս ամենը` պետք է փաստենք, որ Բերձորում մենք ականատես եղանք հերթական պետական խայտառակությանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է բուն ավտոերթին, հարկ է առանձնացնել մի քանի ասպեկտ: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առջև խոյացած հասարակական-քաղաքական հիմնախնդիրները լուծվել են (չեն լուծվել) Երևանում և առաջիկայում ևս պետք է լուծվեն հենց Երևանում: Այս տեսանկյունից փոքր-ինչ տարօրինակ է դեպի Արցախ կազմակերպված ավտոերթը: Սակայն ինչ խոսք, սա չի ազատում ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ ղեկավարությանն ու ոստիկանությանը` ակցիայի մասնակիցների նկատմամբ իրականացված քրեորեն պատժելի գործողություններից: Պարզվում է նաև, որ ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ պետական չինովնիկները, ոչ թե փորձեցին որևէ կերպ արդարացնել կամ մեկնաբանել սեփական գործողությունները (ինչի փորձի պակաս կարծում ենք նրանք չունեն), այլ հերթական անգամ սկսեցին խոսել ադրբեջանական արձագանքներից: Սա արդեն հատում է պարզամտության սահմանները, այս ամենը ոչ միայն զավեշտալի է, այլ նաև չափազանց վտանգավոր. չի կարելի հայաստանյան և արցախյան ներքաղաքական կյանքում կատարվող անցուդարձին նայել ադրբեջանական լույսի ներքո:
ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը, ՀՀ ԱԺ մի շարք պատգամավորներ և անգամ որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ սկսեցին «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանին» մեղադրել ադրբեջանական ջրաղացին ջուր լցնելու մեջ: Այս ամենը, կարծում ենք, պարզունակ պոպուլիզմ և դեմագոգիա է, քանի որ, եթե հայաստանյան կամ արցախյան քաղաքական շրջանակներն իրենց քայլերը ծրագրեն, ասենք, ադրբեջանական մամուլի արձագանքներով, ապա հայկական երկու հանրապետություններում էլ ՊԵՏԱԿԱՆԱԿԵՐՏՄԱՆ գործընթացը մշտապես փոխարինված կլինի «պետականաՇԻՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ» գործընթացով, ինչի ականտեսն ենք, ըստ էության, մինչ օրս:
Վերջապես, ինչ վերաբերում է «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» գործողություններում, այսպես ասած, Արևմուտքի «դավադրական» ստվերը որոնողներին, ապա պետք է նշել, որ նման կարծիքներին անդրադառնալու իմաստ անգամ չկա, քանի որ նմանօրինակ հայտարարություններից «սովետիզմի» ու «արևմտյան դավադրությունների» տեսությունների հոտ է գալիս:
