Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ ձերբակալվել է նախկին պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանը՝ հանրության շրջանում առավել հայտնի «Ճոյտ» մականվամբ՝ հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքներ կատարելու կասկածանքով: Նախկին պատգամավորը ձերբակալվել է 2015թ. փետրվարի 2-ին ՀՀ ՖՆ քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող մի գործի շրջանակում: Այսօր Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողները փորձեցին մանրամասներ ճշտել Ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Վախթանգ Միրումյանից, ով, սակայն, գործին ծանոթ չէր. «Այդ կառույցում ես ամեն հարցերով չեմ զբաղվում, ինչպես տեսնում եք՝ ես հիմնականում զբաղվում եմ օրենսդրական աշխատանքներով, ու, բնականաբար, մանրամասներին կարող եմ տեղյակ չլինել»,- ասաց նա։ Այդուհանդերձ, անդրադառնալով բուն թեմային, Միրումյանն ասաց. «Բոլոր այն դեպքերում, երբ հարկային պարտավորությունների չափը գերազանցում է քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված սահմանաչափը, որի համար արդեն նախատեսվում է քրեական պատասխանատվություն, բնականաբար, Ֆինանսների նախարարությունն ունի քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ գործը քննում է և ուղարկվում համապատասխան մարմիններին»։ Անդրադարձ եղավ նաև Ցեղասպանության թեմայով Հակոբ Հակոբյանի նկարահանած ֆիլմին. կարո՞ղ է ֆիլմի գումարները հենց հարկային պարտավորությունները չկատարելու արդյունքում են գոյացել, Միրումյանն ասաց. ««Կարողաները» շատ են, բայց ֆինանսների նախարարությունը կարող է նյութեր ուղարկել համապատասխան մարմիններին բացառապես հարկերից չարամտորեն խուսափելու երևույթի հիման վրա»: Հարցին, թե հատկապես ինչո՞ւ քննչական մարմինները հիմա կենտրոնացան Հակոբյանի ֆինանսական պարտավորությունները չկատարելուն փոխնախարարը կրկնեց. «Օրենքով սահմանված կարգը, որ երբ օրենքի խախտում է տեղի ունենում, նախարարությունը դիմում է քննչական մարմիններին»:
