Евразийский экономический союз не имеет в своих функциях, определенных соответствующими соглашениями, ни единой платежной системы, ни единого фондового рынка, ни единой валюты, заявил посол России в Белоруссии Александр Суриков. По мнению посла, ЕАЭС должен сосредоточиться на выполнении уже достигнутых договоренностей.
Евразийскому экономическому Союзу (ЕАЭС) не стоит торопиться с введением собственной валюты, заявил в интервью РИА Новости посол России в Белоруссии Александр Суриков.
"Не надо гнать лошадей. Почему у нас не возникло единой валюты Союзного государства? Не успели чернила просохнуть под договором о его создании, не принят был даже юридический акт, который давал бы право являться субъектом международного права, как сразу начали заниматься валютой. Валютой чего? Валютой отсутствующего юридического лица?" — заявил Суриков.
"Сейчас то же самое. Что это будет за валюта? Евразийский экономический союз не имеет в своих функциях, определенных соответствующими соглашениями, ни единой платежной системы, ни единого фондового рынка, ни единой валюты. Это лишь перспектива его развития. Тоже не надо гнать лошадей", — добавил он.
По мнению посла, ЕАЭС должен сосредоточиться на выполнении уже достигнутых договоренностей. "По тем четырем свободам, по которым определился в своих документах Евразийский экономический союз, надо встать на ноги, прекратить всякие преференции, препоны, барьеры и так далее. И потом только, если все будет нормально по четырем свободам (движению товаров, услуг, капитала и рабочей силе), надо обсуждать единую валюту, фондовый рынок и все остальное… И не надо торопиться. Иначе мы опять все скомкаем", — сказал Суриков.
Россия, Белоруссия и Казахстан подписали 29 мая 2014 года в Астане договор о Евразийском экономическом союзе, он вступил в силу с 1 января 2015 года. 2 января к ЕАЭС присоединилась Армения, в мае ожидается присоединение Киргизии. Создание ЕАЭС выводит страны-участницы бывшего Таможенного союза, чей суммарный ВВП составлял 85% валового продукта СНГ, на более высокий уровень интеграции. Таким образом, завершается формирование крупнейшего общего рынка на пространстве СНГ (170 миллионов человек), который станет новым мощным центром экономического развития.
