Ազերիական մամուլում վերջերս շատ են անդրադառնում ՀՀ տիրող սոցիալ- տնտեսական վիճակին և շատ ուրախանում, որ դրա պատճառով երկիրը հազարավոր մարդիկ են լքում...Նկարագրությունները ապոկալիպտիկ են և ոչ հուսադրող: Իհարկե, դրա մեջ քարոզչությունը ավելի շատ է, քան իրականությունը: Պաշտոնական Բաքուն դրանով իր սև և սպիտակ կճղակավորների հոտին ցույց է տալիս, որ իրենց և Թուրքիայի կողմից արդեն քսան տարուց ավել շարունակվող ՀՀ շրջափակումը իր նպատակին ծառայում է և իրենք հաջողության են հասել...և այս ինֆորմացիան Բաքվի իշխանիկը «կերակրում» իր ժողովրդին ամեն տարի, բայց չի ասում, թե վերջնական հաջողության ե՞րբ են հասնելու: Արդար լինելու համար պետք է նշեմ, որ ազեր-թուրթական շրջափակումը «վնասում» է ՀՀ, բայց ավելի քիչ, քան այն բոլոր ՍՈՒԲՅԵԿՏԻՎ պատճառները, որոնց հետևանքով երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը ճգնաժամային է և նպաստում է արտագաղթին, որից այդքան ուրախանում են մեր հարևանները...Բայց սա արդեն մեր ներքին խնդիրն է, և ես հույս ունեմ, որ մենք ինքներս այն կլուծենք:
Ինձ ավելի շատ հետաքրքրում է այն հարցը, թե եթե ՀՀ բնակչությունը արտագաղթում է երկրից աշխատատեղերի բացակայության, մենաշնորհների և այլնի պատճառով, ապա ինչո՞ւ են սև և սպիտակ ՈՉԽԱՐՆԵՐԸ լքում իրենց ՀԱՐՈՒՍՏ «հայրենիք»՝ ԱԶԵՐԲԱՅՋԱՆԸ: Ըստ հավաստի տվյալների ԱՀ 9 միլիոն բնակիչներից մոտ 4-4,5 միլիոնը մշտապես բնակվում է երկրի տարածքից դուրս, որից 3-3,5 միլիոնը բնակվում է Ռուսաստանում... Թուրք-կոյունլուների առաջնորդ Ի.Ալիևը աջ ու ձախ հայտարարում է, որ իր երկիրը «երկրորդ Դուբայն» է...Ես շատ խիստ կասկածում եմ, որ ԱՄԷ քաղաքացին «խոպան» գնա որևէ երկիր և այնտեղ զբաղվի մեծ մասամբ գյուղմթերքների առևտրով կամ որևէ այլ էժան վարձատրվող աշխատանքով...Ես շատ խիստ կասկածում եմ, որ Դուբայի արաբ բնակչուհիները գումար վաստակելու և իրենց ընտանիքները պահելու համար զբաղվեին պոռնկությամբ,ինչպես դա անում են ազեր-կանայք Թուրքիայում, Վրաստանում և նույն Դուբայում...Ես չէի պատկերացնի, որ եթե ԱՄԷ լինեին փախստականներ և տեղահանվածներ, էմիրները նրանց պահեին հատուկ «ռեզերվացիաներում» անմարդկային պայմաններում և ինչպես գազանանոցի կենդանիներին՝ցուցադրեին «եվրոպաներից» ժամանած պաշտոնյաներին և օգնություն աղերսեին...Այսպիսի մի շարք կասկածներ ևս կան ինձ մոտ ազերիների «ԱՄԷ» լինելու պահով...Շատ լավ կլինի,որ Բաքվի ԶԼՄ-րը այս հարցերին անդրադառնան և բացատրեն սեփական ժողովրդին,թե ինչո՞ւ են ԱՄԷ ԲՈԼՈՐ քաղաքացիները ՇԱՏ լավ ապրում,իսկ ԱՀ՝միայն պաշտոնյաները և Ալիևի շրջապատը...
