Տավուշի մարզի Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր գյուղում երեկ ժամը 17։30-ից կրակոցները չեն դադարել մինչեւ ուշ գիշեր։ Գյուղացիները հայտնել են, որ մինչ 20։00-ն ադրբեջանցիները կրակել են փոքր տրամաչափի զենքերով, իսկ 20։00-ից հետո հակառակորդը օգտագործել է խոշոր տրամաչափի զենքեր։
Նկատենք, որ Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուրի բնակիչները հակառակորդի գնդակներից պաշտպանվելու համար թաքնվել են թաքստոցներում, վերջիններս այնտեղ են մնացել այնքան ժամանակ, մինչեւ կրակոցները դադարել են: Հակառակորդի գնդակից մահացել է մեկ խաղաղ բնակիչ:
Սահմանին տիրող լարված իրավիճակի եւ գյուղաբնակների վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն ստանալու համար, Orer.am-ը կապ հաստատեց Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր գյուղի գյուղապետ Մանվել Կամենդատյանի հետ.
«Կներեք, ես հիմա զբաղված եմ այդ գործերով և ժամանակի սղության պատճառով կարող եմ ասել միայն, որ այս պահին ամեն ինչ նորմալ է»:
Տեղի ունեցածի հետ կապված Orer.am-ը կապ հաստատեց նաեւ տվյալ գյուղի բնակիչ Հովիկ Փասյանի հետ, ով մեզ հետ զրույցի ընթացքում նշեց.
«Կրակոցներ եղել են մինչեւ գիշերվա ժամը երեքը: Այս ընթացքում մարդիկ թաքնվել էին հնարավոր բոլոր տեղերում: Դժբախտաբար մենք զոհ ունենք, գնդակը կպել էր Ղուկասյան Վանիկին, եթե չեմ սխալվում նա 1954 կամ 1955 թվի ծնված էր: Նրա դիակը դեռ չեն բերել գյուղ, միայն դա գիտեմ: Ես չոբան եմ ու հիմա գյուղում չեմ, չգիտեմ այսօրվա դրությամբ ինչ նորություններ կան, բայց գիտեմ, որ մարդիկ նյութական մեծ վնասներ ունեն, մարդկանց տներն են գնդակոծել»:
Նույն ընտանիքի անդամ Հասմիկ Ղեվոնդյանն էլ նկատեց. «Կրակոցներ այսօր առավոտյան էլ են լսվել, բայց հատուկենտ, երեկվա պես չէր: Հիմնականում վիճակը բավական լարված էր գիշերը, սովորաբար երեկոյան կողմ են սկսում գնդակոծել մեր գյուղերը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ գյուղում հիմա էլ է լարված վիճակ, գիտեք, որ կրակոցների արդյունքում ունեցել ենք մեկ զոհ: Այս անգամ կրակոցները սովորականի պես չէին, դա ավտովամտի կրակոց չէր, այս անգամ ինչ-որ մեծ ուժով էին հարվածները: Գնդակոծման արդյունքում խոտի դեզեր են այրվել, տներ են քանդվել, մի խոսքով շատ մեծ վնասներ են նրանք մեզ հասցրել»:
Տիկին Հասմիկն էլ պատմեց, որ այսօր ծնողները թույլ չեն տվել, որպեսզի երեխաները գնան դպրոց.
«Գիտեմ, որ երեխաներին դպրոց չեն տարել, երեւի մանկապարտեզ էլ չեն տարել, դա հստակ չգիտեմ: Անհնար է արդեն, փոքրիկ երեխաներն այդ կրակոցների ձայներից վեր են թռչում: Մենք մեծ ենք և կարող ենք ինչ-որ կերպ հասկանալ իրավիճակը, բայց նրանք դեռ փոքր են ու շատ բան չեն հասկանում»:
Հակառակորդի ցինիզմն, ինչ խոսք, սահմաններ չունի, ադրբեջանցիներն այնքան են տարվել փուչ նպատակներին հասնելու երազանքներով, որ սկսել են գնդակոծել ոչ միայն մեր գյուղերը, այլ նաեւ սեփական ժողովրդին: Ինչպես հայտնել էր ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը, փետրվարի 4-ին` ժամը 22:40 րոպեից սկսած, Տավուշի մարզի Բաղանիս և Շավարշավան բնակավայրերի դիմաց տեղակայված ադրբեջանական դիրքերից ադրբեջանական Փարախլի բնակավայրի ուղղությամբ վարվել է ինտենսիվ կրակ, հիմնականում լուսածրային փամփուշտներով:
Նկատենք, որ սա ադրբեջանական կողմի հերթական սադրանքն է, երբ ադրբեջացիները կրակում են սեփական գյուղի վրա:
