Որևէ մեկը կարո՞ղ է հավատալ, որ երկրի (այն էլ՝ Հայաստանի) նախկին նախագահը կարող է ինչ-որ ֆինանսական դժվարություն ունենալ և իր նախագահության օրոք այնքան կուտակած չլինի, որ իր թոռներին ու ծոռներին արդեն ապահոված չլինի ամեն ինչով:
Չեմ կարծում, թե հավատացող կլինի, մանավանդ Հայաստանում իշխանությունների համար թալանը մշտապես եղել է նորմալ երևույթ: Այդ դեպքում ինչու՞ է մեր հայրենի կառավարությունը ոչ միայն ցմահ լուծել Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի գրասենյակի հարցը, այլ նաև բարձրացրել վերջինիս կենսաթոշակն այն դեպքում, երբ սահմանված կարգով դա պետք է լիներ մինչև նախկին նախագահի 70 տարին լրանալը: Փաստորեն, Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը գրասենյակ վարձելու և ապրելու փող չուներ և մնացել էր Կառավարության հույսի՞ն: Բա 90-ականներին ամբողջ թալանածն ի՞նչ եղավ:
Չէ, իսկապես հանճարեղ է մեր Կառավարությունը: Քիչ էր մնում մի հատ էլ հեռուստամարաթոն կազմակերպի և Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի համար համազգային դրամահավաք անի: Բայց այդպես լավ չէ, այդպես քիչ է: Ես առաջարկում եմ, որ Կառավարությունը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կենսաթոշակն էլ բարձրացնի, մի գրասենյակ էլ նրա համար վարձի ու մի քանի առանձնատուն գնի նրա համար: Դե մարդ է, կարող է իր ունեցած 4 միլիարդ դոլարը չի հերիքում առօրյա հոգսերը հոգալու համար և օգնության կարիք ունի: Վերջիվերջո, նա էլ նախկին նախագահ է: Իսկ բյուջեի փողերի անիմաստ վատնման մասին պետք չէ անհանգստանալ, միևնույն է՝ այսպես թե այնպես դրանք վատնվում են:
Ինչու՞ պետք է իշխանություններն այդքան հոգատար լինեն իրենց այդքան քննադատող, իրենց գահընկեց անել պլանավորող ընդդիմադիր գործչի նկատմամբ: Որտե՞ղ է տրամաբանությունը: Տրամաբանորեն Հայաստանում իշխանությունները պետք է հոգատար լինեն յուրայինների նկատմամբ, իրենց օգտին գործողների նկատմամբ, կամ էլ գոնե իրենց կողմից ընդդիմություն գործուղված և ընդդիմությունում իրենց համար որոշակի առաքելություն (օրինակ, ընդդիմադիր շարժումները վիժեցնելը) կատարողների նկատմամբ: Բայց մի՞թե ԼՏՊ-ն կարող է կապ ունենալ նշված կատեգորիաներից որևէ մեկի հետ:
