«Մենք պետք է պարտադրենք այս իշխանություններին, որ նրանք անմիջապես հեռանան». ծանոթ արտահայտություն է, չէ՞: Մոտավորապես «հաղթելու ենք», «ռեժիմը խուճապի մեջ է», «օր առաջ պետք է ազատվել այս հանցավոր ռեժիմից» շարքից է, և հեղինակին էլ դժվար չէ գուշակել:
Այո, հենց ինքը` Լևոն Զուրաբյանը, ով ԱԺ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարություններ է անում, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ելույթով է հիանում: Չնայած, բնական է, որ սեփական գործունեությամբ հիացած Զուրաբյանի համար Ծառուկյանի ելույթն էլ պետք է իդեալական լիներ, իսկ ելույթում առկա բազմաթիվ հակասություններն այլևս նկատելի չեն: Կարևորը ռեժիմն է, հանցավոր իշխանությունները, որոնք պետք է անհապաղ հեռանան, և արդեն չեմ էլ հիշում, թե որերորդ տարին է՝ խուճապի մեջ է, որ ուր որ է՝ հեռացնելու են: Բայց չի հեռանում: ՀԱԿ-ն էլ միշտ սպառնում է, թե «հաղթելու ենք», բայց չի հաղթում:
Հիմա սպասենք ռեժիմի հաջորդ «հեռացումին» և նախկին իշխանավորների հաջորդ «հաղթանակին» ու տեսնենք, թե այդ ինչպես են պարտադրելու: Սահմանադրական ճանապարհո՞վ: Չէ՞ որ Ծառուկյանի ելույթում դրական կողմն էլ հենց դա էր, որ նա գերադասում է շարժվել սահմանադրական ճանապարհով: Բայց չեմ կարծում, թե այդ ճանապարհով կարող են հիմնավորել արտահերթ ընտրությունների պահանջը, և հետո էլ անհրաժեշտ քանակությամբ ձայներ հավաքել, քանի որ նրանք, թեև ունեն իրենց ընտրազանգվածը, բայց այն փոքր է:
ՀԱԿ-ն, իհարկե, ստիպված պետք է գնա Ծառուկյանի որոշած ճանապարհով, բայց Զուրաբյանն իր խոսքում նշում է, որ իրենք կողմ են ավելի արմատական լուծումների, այսինքն` ՀԱԿ-ը Ծառուկյանի ընտրած՝ սահմանադրական ճանապարհով պայքարի և արկածախնդիր արևմտամետների ընտրած՝ հեղաշրջումով պայքարի ինչ-որ միջին տարբերակի կողմնակից է: Այլ հարց է՝ կկարողանա՞ արդյոք ՀԱԿ-ը իր ասած հանրահավաքները կազմակերպելու համար անհրաժեշտ քանակությամբ մարդ հավաքել առանց Ծառուկյանի ռեսուրսների, թե՞ նրանց հանրահավաքները կնմանվեն Հայրիկյանի հանրահավաքներին: Իհարկե, չի կարող, հետևաբար արմատական լուծումների մասին մտածելն ավելորդ է, և նրանք ստիպված են ենթարկվել խաղի կանոններին: Իսկ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում կանոններ թելադրողն այսօր ԲՀԿ առաջնորդն է:
