Ադրբեջանի Կենտրոնական բանկի վիճակագրության համաձայն` ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ` ադրբեջանական բանկերում տեղական ավանդատուները մեծացնում են դեպոզիտային հաշիվները, իսկ արտասահմանցիները հանում են իրենց փողերը: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալութունը:
Նշվում է, որ ընթացիկ տարվա սկզբին տեղացիների բանկային ավանդները կազմել են 6 մլրդ 472,5 մլն մանաթ, որում ոչ ռեզիդենտների մասնաբաժինը կազմել է 715,9 մլն մանաթ: Նշվում է, որ եթե տեղի ավանդատուներն ավանդաբար շարունակում են մեծացնել իրենց դեպոզիտները, ապա արտասահմանցիները 7,7 տոկոսով նվազեցրել են դեպոզիտները` ուղղակիորեն հանելով փողերը:
Ադրբեջանում բնակչությունն սկսել է ազգային արտարժույթով բանկերին պահ տված գումարները փոխարինել դոլարով` պայմանավորված նավթի գների անկման պատճառով ադրբեջանական մանաթի հնարավոր արժեզրկման հետ, ինչի կայուն պահելու համար Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ն արդեն մի քանի միլիարդ դոլար է կորցրել:
Ենթադրվում է, որ արտասահմանցիների` ադրբեջանական բանկերից գումարները հանելը ևս պայմանավորված է Ադրբեջանում առաջիկայում սպասվող արժեզրկման հետ:
«Ինտերֆաքս Ազերբայջան» լրատվական գործակալությունն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ Արբեջանը սրընթացորեն կորցնում է արտարժույթի պաշարները. միայն 2015 թվականի հունվարին Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ արտարժույթի պաշարները 7,83 տոկոսով կամ 1 մլրդ 44,5 մլն դոլարով նվազել են:
2014 թվականին Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ արտարժույթի պաշարները նվազել էին 2,78 տոկոսով:
Ադրբեջանական faktxeber.com լրատվական կայքն էլ հայտնել է, որ 2013 թվականի համեմատ, 2014 թվականին Ադրբեջանում բանկերին պարտք քաղաքացիների թիվն աճել է 18,61 տոկոսով, այլ խոսքով` աճելով 363 544 մարդով. դրանց թիվը 2015 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ` կազմել է 2 մլն 316 հազար 540 հոգի: Աճել է նաև բանկերին պարտք ունեցող իրավաբական անձանց և ձեռնարկատիրական սուբյեկտների թիվը:
Ադրբեջանում բանկերին պարտք ֆիզիկական և իրավական անձանց թվի աճը պայմանավորված է նավթի համաշխարհային գների կտրուկ անկման հետ կապված` Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության մեջ ծագած լարվածությամբ:
Ադրբեջանի 1915 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսված է 90 դոլար: Ներկայում այն արդեն պետբյուջեում նախատեսվածից 36 դոլարով ցածր է:
Ադրբեջանի «Ումիդ» կուսակցության նախագահ, խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Իգբալ Աղազադեն ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներին տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 87 տոկոսով ձևավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:
Նավթի գների անկման հետ կապված` Ադրբեջանի նավթարդյունաբերության ոլորտում էներգակիրների արդյունահանման ծավալների և աշխատակիցների զանգվածային կրճատումներ են սկսվել:
