Արդեն մի քանի օր է, ինչ ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է «Կասեցում» շարժման ակտիվիստ, ԲՀԿ քաղխորհրդի անդամ Արտակ Խաչատրյանին առեւանգելու եւ մոտ հինգ ժամ ծեծի ենթարկելու հետ կապված իրադարձությունը: Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, դեպքը տեղի էր ունեցել օրը ցերեկով. Արտակ Խաչատրյանին առեւանգողները եղել էին դիմակավորված եւ զինված անձինք:
Դեպքն, ինչ խոսք, սահմռկեցուցիչ է, այն արժանի է ոչ միայն քննադատության, այլեւ շուտափույթ բացահայտման եւ պատժի:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԲՀԿ քաղխորհուրդը դեռ երեկ դեպքի առնչությամբ տարածել էր հայտարարություն, որտեղ տեղի ունեցածի մեջ մեղադրում էր գործող իշխանություններին.
«Մենք սա գնահատում ենք որպես քաղաքական ուժերին և հասարակությանն ուղղված լկտի եւ ցինիկ մարտահրավեր: Միանշանակ է, որ կատարվածի ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունն ընկնում է երկրի քաղաքական իշխանության վրա: Երկրում ստեղծված գանգստերական մթնոլորտի և ամենաթողության հիմնական մեղավորը համարում ենք երկրի բարձրագույն քաղաքական իշխանությանը, ովքեր կրում են նաև անձնական պատասխանատվություն այս ամենի համար»:
Նկատենք, որ ԲՀԿ-ի կտրուկ հայտարարություններից հետո, համացանցում ջրի երես հայտնվեցին հին ու նոր պատմություններ, որոնք թերեւս իրականացվել են նույն ձեռագրով, սակայն տարբեր նախագահների պաշտոնավարման ժամանակահատվածում: Պարզվում է, որ դեռ 20 տարի առաջ անհայտ անձինք հարձակվել եւ ծեծի էին ենթարկել Արամ Աբրահամյանին, իսկ մոտ 12 տարի առաջ դաժանաբար ծեծի էր ենթարկվել Աշոտ Մանուչարյանը:
Ծեծուջարդի այս ֆոնին հատկանշական է մեկ այլ պատմություն ևս, որը օրերս տեղի ունեցածից շատ քիչ է տարբերվում: Խոսքը` 7 տարի առաջ սրճարանից առեւանգված եւ գերեզմաններում ծեծի ենթարկված Շահեն Պետրոսյանի մասին է: Ըստ սոցցանցերում շրջանառվող լուրերի` Շ. Պետրոսյանին ծեծի ենթարկելու մեջ մեղադրվել է ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը, ում հասցեին, իբր թե, տուժողը հնչեցրել էր վիրավորական խոսքեր:
Թե իրականում ի՞նչ էր տեղի ունեցել մոտ 7 տարի առաջ, եւ արդյո՞ք Շահեն Պետրոսյանին դաժանաբար ծեծի ենթարկելու հարցը նույն կերպ ակտիվ է քննարկվել, ինչպես դա արվում է հիմա՝ «Կասեցում» շարժման ակտիվիստ, ԲՀԿ քաղխորհրդի անդամ Արտակ Խաչատրյանի հետ կապված, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էլինար Վարդանյանից, ով իր խոսքում նշեց. «Նման բան առաջին անգամ ձեզանից եմ լսում, ինչպես դուք նշեցիք, սոցցանցերում այդ թեմայով քննարկումներ են գնում, սակայն ես այդ քննարկումներից եւս տեղյակ չեմ, հետեւաբար, տվյալ հարցի հետ կապված որեւէ կերպ արձագանք տալ չեմ կարող, որովհետեւ կարծում եմ, որ դրանք պարզապես հերյուրանքներ են»:
