«Մենք բոլորս Արտակ Խաչատրյան ենք». այս կարգախոսով էին այսօր դուրս եկել բողոքի ցույցի ԲՀԿ-ականները, որոնց էլ միացել էին այլ կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Արտակ Խաչատրյանի մասին շատերը լրատվությունից իմացան ընդամենն օրեր առաջ. ԲՀԿ-ական ակտիվիստ, ով պայքարում էր «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» օրենքի դեմ, իսկ ապա ծեծի ենթարկվեց:
Անշուշտ, դատապարտելի իրողություն է, քանի որ ծեծն, ամեն դեպքում, մերժելի երևույթ է, մանավանդ քաղաքական պայքարում, մանավանդ այն դեպքում, երբ ԲՀԿ-ական ակտիվիստն իր գործունեության ժամանակ որևէ մեկին չէր հայհոյել, բարոյական սահմանները չէր անցել և պայքարում էր քաղաքակիրթ մեթոդներով:
Բայց ես հիմա ուզում եմ անդրադառնալ այս հարցի մյուս կողմին, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ կարգախոսին: Նման կարգախոս, եթե հիշում ենք, օգտագործվել է Հրանտ Դինքի սպանությունից հետո, ապա` Ֆրանսիայում հայտնի ամսագրի խմբագրակազմի գնդակահարությունից հետո: Այսինքն, խոսքը վերաբերում է խոշոր, միջազգային հանրությանը ցնցած, նաև՝ ողբերգական դեպքերին: Իսկ այս դեպքում գործ ունենք ակտիվիստի ծեծի հետ, որը, ցավոք, առաջինը չէ: Բայց նախորդ ծեծերի ժամանակ, չգիտես ինչու, հանուն արդարության պայքարող ԲՀԿ-ն այսպիսի միջոցառումներ չկազմակերպեց: Օրինակ, ինչու՞ ժամանակին կուսակցականները փողոց դուրս չեկան «Մենք բոլորս Սուրեն Սարգսյան ենք», կամ «Մենք բոլորս Նավակ Ճոճող ենք» ցուցապաստառներով: Այդ մարդիկ էլ էին չէ՞ ծեծի ենթարկվել: Թե՞ պարտադիր ծեծվողը պետք է իրենց կուսակցությունից լինի, որ արժանանա իրենց բողոքի ձայնին: Առնվազն արդարացի չեմ համարում նման մոտեցումը:
Այսպիսով` այս միջոցառումը ոչ միայն արժեզրկում է «մենք բոլորս ... ենք» հայտնի լոզունգը, այլ նաև ցույց է տալիս ընդդիմադիր դաշտում պայքարողների հանդեպ անհավասար վերաբերմունքը հենց նույն ընդդիմադիր դաշտի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից: Նորից կրկնում եմ՝ դատապարտելի երևույթ է, սակայն ուռճացնել, դարձնել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանություն՝ ... սա արդեն դեպի այլ ուղղություն է տանում: Հատկապես ճիշտ չեմ համարում ԱԺ պատգամավորների կողմից իշխանության հասցեին վաղաժամ մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնելն այն դեպքում, երբ դեռ միջադեպի հանգամանքները պարզված չեն, և հայտնի չեն պատվիրատուներն ու իրականացնողները:
Դե Վարդան Օսկանյանն էլ, իհարկե, կազմակերպիչների ու մեղադրողների մեջ էր և հանդես էր գալիս որպես «քաղաքացի»: Հետաքրքիր է, երբ ժամանակին իր Սիվիլիթասով Ջեմալ Փաշայի թոռանն էր հրավիրել` Երևանի կենտրոնում մեր ազգային հերոս վրիժառուներին ավազակներ ու հանցագործներ որակելու համար, այդ ժամանակ է՞լ էր որպես «քաղաքացի» հրավիրել:
Իսկ տուժածին ցանկանում եմ շուտափույթ ապաքինում, ծեծը իրականացնողներին էլ՝ պատիժ օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ:
