Ըստ քաղաքական, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ` իշխանական կուլիսներում շրջանառվող բամբասանքների եւ քչփչոցների, ոչ իշխանական ուժերը ցանկացած իրադարձություն փորձում են հարմարեցնել իրենց շահերին` տալով այդ ամենին քաղաքական նրբերանգ:
Իշխանականների մտահոգությունը, թերեւս, կայանում է նրանում, որ ժողովրդի մի ստվար հատված կարող է հավատալ, ինչպես իրենք են ասում, «ոչ իշխանականների տված կտերին», որն այս պահին, մեղմ ասած, այդքան էլ ձեռնտու չէ իշխողներին:
Թե իրականում ուր կամ ինչի կհանգեցնի այս ամենը, եւ ներքաղաքական ինչ զարգացումներ կարելի է սպասել մոտակա ժամանակներս, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց «Սոցիոմետր» սոցիոլոգիական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանից.
-Պետք է նշեմ, որ բոլորը սպասողական վիճակում են: Մարդիկ սպասում են Եվրասիական միություն մտնելու հետ կապված արդյունքներին: Այսօրվա դրությամբ այս ամենն ավելի կարեւոր խնդիր է, քան ներքաղաքական զարգացումները: Ինչպես հասկացաք, ամեն ինչ կապված կլինի նրանից, թե առաջին արդյունքներն ինչպիսին կլինեն՝ դրակա՞ն, թե՞ բացասական: Հենց այդ արդյունքներն առիթ կդառնան, որ ընդդիմությունը և իշխանությունը ստանան կոնկրետ ինչ-որ բովանդակություն. ընդդիմությունն անհիմն կերպով չասի` թողեք գնացեք, դուք վատ իշխանություն եք, այլ կոնկրետ փաստերով պետք է խոսի եւ ասի, որ տեսեք` ձեր կողմից որդեգրած քաղաքականությունն արդյունք չի տալիս:
-Արդյո՞ք սպասվող հանրահավաքները դեկորատիվ բնույթի են լինելու:
-Դե, եթե իշխանությունը ցանկանա` նույն հանրահավաքն ինքն էլ կարող է կազմակերպել, դրա մեջ ոչ մի խնդիր չկա, ես այդ հարցում միայն դրականն եմ տեսնում, հանրահավաքը սոցիալական լարվածության նվազեցման միջոց է դառնում: Նշեմ, որ Հայաստանում հանրահավաքներով իշխանությունը չի փոխվում, այնպես որ դրա մեխանիզմն ամբողջությամբ այլ հարթության մեջ է: Եթե մարդիկ ուզում են իշխանություն փոխել, ապա պետք է սոցիալական մեծ հենք ունենան:
Այո՛, բոլոր հանրահավաքները դեռ որոշ ժամանակ կունենան դեկորտաիվ նշանակություն, այսինքն` ոչ մի արմատական հետեւանքներ չեն ունենա եւ չեն թողնի: ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Եվրոպայի կողմից Ռուսաստանին ուղղված պատժամիջոցները զգացվեցին նաեւ Հայաստանում, որը մի կողմից կարող է արդարացնել մեր իշխանություններին, մյուս կողմից էլ ասել` դուք այս ամենը պետք է կանխատեսեիք, քանի որ այդ քայլը կարող է սրել պայքարը: Լավագույն դեպքում մենք պետք է սպասենք մինչեւ աշուն, որպեսզի տեսնենք, թե ինչ արդյունքներ կունենանք:
-Օրերս ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը հայտարարեց, որ ժողովրդի համբերության բաժակը լցվել է, եւ յուրաքանչյուր ոչ ճիշտ արտահայտություն կարող է անդառնալի հետեւանքներ թողնել, ի՞նչ կասեք այս մասին:
-Փոխանցեք ԲՀԿ նախագահին, որ նա իրավունք ունի խոսել միայն իր կուսակցության անդամների անունից, ի պաշտոնե ժողովրդի անունից իրավունք ունի խոսել միայն նախագահը, վարչապետն իրավունք ունի խոսել կառավարության անունից, հանրության կարծիքը կարող են արտահայտել սոցիոլոգիական կենտրոնները: ԲՀԿ առաջնորդին ոչ ոք իրավունք չի տվել խոսել ժողովրդի անունից, այնպես որ այդ հայտարարությունը հիմնավոր չէ:
