Հաշվի առնելով վերջին ժամանակներում տեղի ունեցող աշխարհաքաղաքական անցուդարձերը՝ ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ Իրանը գործնական քայլեր է իրականացնում Հայաստանում իր ներկայությունը և ազդեցությունը մեծացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Իրանական իշխանությունները վաղուց արդեն համակերպվել են հայկական վերնախավի պրոռուսական, ընդդիմադիր դաշտի խառնածին լինելու հանգամանքի հետ և փորձում են սլաքներն ուղղել բոլորովին այլ ուղղություններով, որոնք են.
1. Նոր ձևավորվող քաղաքական կառույցներին, տարաբնույթ հասարակական կազմակերպություններին որոշակի աջակցության դիմաց տեղափոխել իրանական հետաքրքրությունների ոլորտ: Պաշտոնական Թեհրանը գիտակցում է, որ Հայաստանում իր ձայնը լսելի դարձնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ձևավորել պրոիրանական քաղաքական թիմ: Միայն այդպես հնարավոր կլինի անուղղակիորեն մասնակից դառնալ ՀՀ ներքաղաքական պրոցեսներին և հենց այդ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի միջոցով, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, ճնշում գործադրել պաշտոնական Երևանի վրա:
Նշենք, որ ամիսներ առաջ Էմիլ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ ձևավորվել է «Հայ-իրանական բարեկամություն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, որի ակտիվ նախաձեռնությամբ 2014 թվականի հուլիս ամսին Երևանի Կապույտ մզկիթում լայն ֆորմատով հանդիպում է կազմակերպվել Հիմնադիր Խորհրդարանի անդամների և իրանական կողմի միջև: Հանդիպման համար առիթ է հանդիսացել ՀՀ-ում իրանական դեսպանատան կողմից կազմակերպած «Պաղեստինի հարցը ողջ մարդկության հարցն է» թեմայով սեմինարը: Սեմինարին մասնակցել են ՀՀ-ում Իրանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մուհամմադ Ռեյիսին, դեսպանատան մի շարք աշխատակիցներ, Հիմնադիր Խորհրդարանի (որն այն ժամանակ դեռ հանդես էր գալիս որպես Նախախորհրդարան) առաջնորդներ Գարեգին Չուքասզյանը, Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը և շարժման մի քանի տասնյակ անդամներ: Իհարկե, դեռևս հնարավոր չէ միանշանակորեն Հիմնադիր Խորհրդարանին տեղավորել Իրանական ազդեցության շրջանակներում, բայց ղեկավար կազմի հրապարակային ելույթներում պրոիրանական կեցվածքն ավելի քան ակնհայտ է: Բացի այդ, հետաքրքրական է նաև այն հանգամանքը, թե ինչու՞ Պաղեստինին վերաբերող սեմինարին մասնակից չեն դառնում ՀՀ-ում գործող այլ քաղաքական կառույցներ:
Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության կողմից դրսևորվող ակտիվությունը չի սահմանափակվում միայն քաղաքական կառույցների շրջանակներում: Գործունեության մյուս վեկտորը ոչ պակաս հետաքրքրական է և նույնպես կարող է ծառայել որպես լրջագույն քաղաքական գործիք:
2. Հայաստանում իսլամ ընդունած և ընդունող հայերի, ինչպես նաև հանրապետությունում բնակություն հաստատած իրանցիների միջոցով ստեղծել կամակատարների և աջակիցների դինամիկ ցանց, որը բավականին լուրջ ազդեցության լծակ կարող է դառնալ:
Նշենք, որ իսլամ ընդունողների թիվը գնալով մեծանում է, և մոտ ապագայում նրանց քանակը կլինի բավականին շոշափելի: ՀՀ քաղաքացիները հիմնականում կրոնափոխ են լինում երկու ճանապարհով. առաջինը՝ հայերի և պարսիկների ամուսնության, իսկ երկրորդը՝ Իրանից Հայաստան տեղափոխված մուսուլման հայերի քարոզչության արդյունքում:
Վերոհիշյալ փաստարկները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առջև դրված լրջագույն մարտահրավերներ են, որոնց բավականին վտանգավոր դրսևորումների հետ մենք կբախվենք մոտ ապագայում:
Ներկայումս Իրանի հետ արդյունավետ գործակցությունը օդի և ջրի պես անհրաժեշտ է մեր պետությանը, հատկապես Ռուսաստանի հետ փոխհարաբերությունները հավասարակշռելու տեսանկյունից, բայց վերոնշյալ, ըստ էության, վտանգներով լեցուն գործընթացներն ինչ-որ կերպ պետք է կանխարգելվեն:
