Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նոր բնակարանի բանալիներ է հանձնել Երևանի բնակիչ Հայկ Բալյանի բազմազավակ ընտանիքին: Հինգ անչափահաս երեխաներ ունեցող ընտանիքը, որը վերջին տարիներին ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է ՀՀ նախագահի մրցանակի համար անցկացվող «Լավագույն մարզական ընտանիք» հանրապետական մրցույթին և 2013 թվականին էլ արժանացել է «Լավագույն մարզական ընտանիք» վկայագրին, երկար տարիներ սպասել է բնակարանի։
Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի առաջարկով Երևանի ավագանին փետրվարի 10-ի նիստում միաձայն որոշում կայացրեց Երևան համայնքի սեփականությունը համարվող Մարգարյան փողոցի հ. 37 շենքի հ. 73 բնակարանը սեփականության իրավունքով անհատույց նվիրելու Հայկ Բալյանի ընտանիքին:
Շնորհավորելով Բալյաններին` քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ նրանց ընտանիքի օրինակով մայրաքաղաքում կավելանա սպորտով զբաղվող և առողջ ապրելակերպի ջատագով ընտանիքների թիվը:
«Քաղաքապետարանը պատրաստ է աջակցելու մեր բոլոր այն համաքաղաքացիներին, ովքեր իրենց ներդրումն ունեն մայրաքաղաքի թե՛ մարզամշակութային կյանքի աշխուժացման, և թե՛ առողջ ապրելակերպի խթանման հարցում: Ձեր դեպքում առանձնակի գնահատանքի է արժանի նաև բազմազավակ ընտանիք լինելու հանգամանքը, ինչը ևս մեր կողմից մշտապես կարևորվել է և, վստահեցնում եմ, որ մենք շարունակելու ենք աջակցել բազմազավակ մեր բոլոր համաքաղաքացիներին», - նշել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը՝ մաղթելով, որ նոր բնակարանը Բալյանների ընտանիքի համար դառնա ընտանեկան ջերմության և անմնացորդ սիրո անառիկ ամրոց, որը նրանք կվայելեն առողջ ու երջանիկ:
Հայկ Բալյանը, իր և ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամների անունից շնորհակալություն հայտնելով քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին և Երևանի ավագանուն սոցիալական կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունեցող այս նախաձեռնության համար, նշել է, որ հինգ անչափահաս երեխաներից բաղկացած իրենց ընտանիքը երկար տարիներ է, ինչ բնակարանի կարիք ուներ: «Բնակարան ունենալը մեր ընտանիքի համար անիրականանալի երազանք էր թվում: Եվ այսօր, պարոն քաղաքապետ, Դուք ուղղակի իրականացրեցիք այդ երազանքը, ինչի համար իսկապես շնորհակալ ենք Ձեզ», - նշել է Հայկ Բալյանը:
