Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների սպանության գործով «Օրինաց երկիր» խմբակցությունը խնդրանքով դիմել էր ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահին, որպեսզի կազմակերպվի բաց կամ փակ խորհրդակցություն:
Այսօր Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ ԱԺ ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը նշեց. «Դուք գիտեք, որ մենք բաց կամ փակ խորհրդակցության առաջարկ ենք արել ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահին` Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցածի հետ կապված: Պետք է նշեմ, որ մեր առաջարկին են միացել նաեւ ոչ իշխանական խորհրդարանական ուժերը: Հարկ եմ գտնում նկատել, որ մինչ օրս որեւէ արձագանք չկա ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանի կողմից»:
Վերը նշված հարցին լուծում տալու համար սահմանված ժամկետ, թերեւս, գոյություն չունի.
«Սահմանված ժամկետ, մեր առաջարկի հետ կապված, չկա, սակայն մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ խորհրդակցությունը հնարավորինս շուտ կազմակերպվի: Աժ նախագահը համապատասխան հանձնարարական պետք է իջեցնի, որ հանձնաժողովներն իրականացնեն: Ինձ թվում է, եթե բոլորս մեկտեղենք պահանջը, քննարկումը շուտափույթ կլինի: Պետք է նշեմ, որ եթե հանրությունը երկար ժամանակ չստանա իրեն հուզող հարցերի պատասխանները, ապա դա որեւէ լավ բանի չի հանգեցնի: Պատկան մարմինները պարզապես պարտավոր են ժամանակ առ ժամանակ ժողովրդին պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն տալ՝ այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ պահպանելով նախաքննության գաղտնիությունը»,- նկատեց գյումրեցի պատգամավորը:
Ճշտելու համար, թե արդյո՞ք ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը պատրաստ է շուտափույթ խորհրդակցություն անցկացնել՝ Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցածի հետ կապված, Orer.am-ը կապ հաստատեց ԱԺ հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արսեն Բաբայանի հետ.
«ԱԺ նախագահը բազմիցս հայտնել է իր դիրքորոշումը՝ Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության հետ կապված: Գիտենք, որ ներկայումս իրավասու մարմինների կողմից հարուցված է քրեական գործ, որի շրջանակներում կատարվում է համապատասխան քննություն: Այս առումով պատկան կառույցների քննության արդյունքներին սպասելու անհրաժեշտություն կա՝ միաժամանակ նկատի ունենալով նախաքննության գաղտնիությունը և այլ կարևոր հանգամանքներ: ԱԺ նախագահն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստ է նաեւ հնարավորություն ստեղծել իրավապահ մարմինների համար` քննարկելու հարցեր, որոնք կարող են հետաքրքրել հանրությանը՝ կրկին նկատի ունենալով նախաքննության գաղտնիության սահմանները: Ինչ վերաբերում է խորհրդարանական լսումներին, ապա դրանց անցկացման իրավասությունը պատկանում է ԱԺ հանձնաժողովներին, եթե հանձնաժողովն ընդունի լսումներ անցկացնելու որոշում, ապա դրանք կկայանան»:
