Բարաք Օբաման ԱՄՆ-ի պատմության ամենացածր վարկանիշ ունեցող նախագահներից մեկն է: Նա ոչ միայն չկարողացավ չեզոքացնել Բուշ կրտսերի ապաշնորհ քաղաքականության հետևանքները, այլ էլ ավելի խորացրեց երկրի ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականության լճացումը:
ԱՄՆ-ի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը նման է ճոճանակի, որը պետք է անընդհատ կանոնավոր շարժման մեջ լինի, իսկ որևէ կետում կտրուկ կանգառը մշտապես պատճառ է դառնում խորը ճգնաժամի, ինչպես օրինակ, նախորդ նախագահի արկածախնդրություններն Աֆղանստանում և Իրաքում:
Իսկ Ռուսաստանի դեմ իրագործվող պատժամիջոցները պետք է ընկալել այդ արկածախնդիր քաղաքականության շարունակություն, որը փաստում է նախագահի կախվածությունը ներքին և արտաքին մի շարք գործոններից:
Բոլորի համար էլ ակնհայտ է, որ Ռուսաստանին պատժամիջոցների միջոցով հնարավոր չէ կոտրել, նրանք ուժերի գերլարումով և անգամ մեծագույն կորուստների գնով կհաղթահարեն այդ փորձությունը, քանի որ ունեն դրան համապատասխան բոլոր մեխանիզմները:
Այսպիսով` ԱՄՆ-ը ներքաշվեց երկարատև հակամարտության մեջ: Դա ակնայտ սադրանք է, որը պետք չէր հակամարտող կողմերից ոչ մեկին: Պարզապես, արդեն բաժանված աշխարհը վերաբաժանելու նպատակով օգտագործվեց Ուկրաինայի առջև ծառացած քաղաքակրթական ճգնաժամը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանին, ապա պատժամիջոցները մեծապես կհարվածեն նաև մեզ, քանի որ տնտեսության առյուծի բաժինը վերահսկվում է Ռուսաստանի կողմից: Կկրճատվեն ՀՀ-ին հատկացվող դրամաշնորհները, վարկերը, կմեծանա գործազրկությունը և, իհարկե, այս ամենի արդյունքում արտագաղթն էլ ավելի մեծ թափ կստանա:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Հայաստանում բուռն գործունեություն ծավալած արևմտամետ ուժերը աննախադեպ խրախճանք են ապրում: Բարաք Օբամայի կողմից ամիսներ առաջ հնչեցված «Ռուսաստանը կզգա պատժամիջոցների ցավը» արտահայտությունը նրանց տիեզերական օրգազմի է հասցրել:
Նրանք կամ չեն գիտակցում, որ Հայաստանը «չուժոյ պախմել» ոտնակոխ է լինում, կամ էլ գիտակցում են և թքած ունեն:
