Ողջամտությունն այն բանն է, որն անհրաժեշտ է բոլորիս: Յուրաքանչյուր մարդ ցանկացած երևույթի նկատմամբ կարող է ունենալ իր կարծիքը, մոտեցումը, բայց ես գտնում եմ, որ այն պետք է ուղեկցվի ողջամտությամբ, հակառակ դեպքում այդ մոտեցումը դառնում է ծայրահեղ, երբեմն նույնիսկ, վերածվում մոլուցքի:
Օրինակ` վերջերս տեղի ունեցած ակտիվիստների ծեծերից մի քանիսն, այդպես էլ, մնացին չբացահայտված: Այս ամենն, անկասկած, ոստիկանության թերությունն է, որը, այո՛, պետք է քննադատել` մինչև վերջ պահանջելով մեղավորների բացահայտում և պատիժ: Ոստիկանությունն այդ հարցերում ցուցաբերեց անգործություն, և ոչ ոք չի պատրաստվում և չի էլ կարող արդարացնել այդ քայլը:
Բայց դա նաև չի նշանակում, որ օգտվելով ոմանց անպատժելիությունից` պետք է բոլոր օրինախախտների համար անխտիր պահանջել անպատժելիություն և սկսել արդարացնել, օրինակ, մանր գողություն անողին: Աբսուրդայինն այն է, որ գողին արդարացնելը հիմնավորում են նրանով, թե այսինչը կամ այնինչը ինչ-որ բան արեցին և մնացին անպատիժ կամ այսինչ պաշտոնյան մնաց անպատիժ: Շատ վատ է, որ այդինչը մնացել է անպատիժ, բայց ի՞նչ կապ ունի մեկը մյուսի հետ: Ուրեմն ի՞նչ, այսուհետ թողնենք, որ ով խանութից ինչ ուզի՝ հանգիստ գողանա, իսկ գողին բռնողներն էլ դառնան «ազգի» թշնամի՞:
Այսինքն` մի շարք իրենց ընդդիմադիր համարող քաղաքացիներ, գործիչներ, ովքեր, ըստ իրենց, պայքարում են հանուն արդարության, այսպիսի՞ արդարության են ուզում հասնել, որ սովորական մանր գողությունը դառնա անպատժելի երևույթ: Չէ՞ որ, փաստացի, «ՍԱՍ» սուպերմարկետում կատարվածը գողություն էր: Եվ ավելորդ են սրտաճմլիկ արդարացումները, թե մարդը սոված էր: Ավելորդ են, որովհետև հստակ հաղորդվել է, որ տվյալ քաղաքացին նախկինում 2 անգամ դատապարտված է եղել, և նրա գրպանում էլ եղել է 12 հազար դրամ: Այսինքն` նա սոված չէր կարող լինել, նա կարող էր գնել այդ «պեչենին», որը, երևի, մի քանի հարյուր դրամ հազիվ արժենար: Պարզապես տեղի է ունեցել մանր գողություն և վերջ, իսկ բոլոր խոշոր հանցանքները ծնվում են մանրից:
Եվ այս պարագայում ցանկացած երկրում էլ ոստիկանը փախչող գողին բռնելիս կամ կօգտագործեր ձեռնաշղթաներ, կամ ձեռքերը կոլորեր, կամ որևէ այլ հնարք կկիրառեր: Բայց ես չեմ պատկերացնում, որ որևէ երկրում ոստիկանը գողին ձերբակալելու պահին, ասենք, կռուասանով թեյ կհյուրասիրեր: Սա ստանդարտ գործընթաց է, և մենք դեռ չգիտենք, թե ինչ կլինի տվյալ քաղաքացու հետ: Միգուցե 1-2 օրից նրան բաց թողնեն, և ամեն ինչ վերջանա ընդամենը մի փոքրիկ տուգանքով: Մենք դա դեռ չգիտենք, սակայն ոմանք շտապում են անարգանքի սյունին գամել ոստիկաններին՝ մեխանիկորեն հերոսացնելով գողին: Ահա այստեղ է, որ կորչում է ողջամտությունը:
Եթե մարդ պայքարում է հանուն արդարության և օրինականության, ուրեմն, իմ համոզմամբ, նա պետք է պայքարի հանուն օրինականության բոլոր, նույնիսկ՝ ամենամանր հարցերում: Հակառակ դեպքում նման պայքարն արժեզրկվում է:
Վերջում, ևս մեկ անգամ կրկնում եմ հատուկ այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր գրածս կամ սխալ կհասկանան, կամ էլ միտումնավոր կփորձեն սխալ մեկնաբանել. ես չեմ արդարացնում ոստիկանների անգործությունը` ակտիվիստներին ծեծի ենթարկողներին հայտնաբերելու և պատժելու հարցում, չեմ արդարացնում հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրվող և իրենց խուլիգանական վարքով հայտնի որոշ իշխանական պաշտոնյաների անպատժելիությունը, չեմ էլ պատրաստվում երբևէ արդարացնել:
