Эта еда вряд ли подойдет для того, чтобы «заморить червячка». Ведь ее стоимость обозначается шестизначными цифрами!
1. БЕЛЫЙ ТРЮФЕЛЬ, как и черный, – редкий гриб. 450 грамм такого продукта оценивается от 10 300 до 4200 долларов. Целый трюфель весом в 1,5 килограмма был приобретен на аукционе за 330 000 долларов.
2. ГРИБЫ МАЦУТАКЭ. На вкус эти грибочки напоминают мясо. А заплатить за килограмм такого деликатеса придется от 90 до 2 000 долларов.
3. Десерт КНИСШИЛЬДТА. В основе этого деликатеса черный шоколад и редкие черные трюфели. Чтобы полакомиться десертом, придется выложить кругленькую сумму – 2 600 долларов.
4. АРБУЗ ДЕНСУКЭ. Внешне от мало похож на арбуз, привычный нашему глазу и желудку. Кожура денсукэ темно-зеленого, почти черного цвета. А еще он отличается от обычного арбуза ценой. Одна такая ягодка, выращенная на японском острове Хоккайдо, стоит 6 000 долларов.
5. ДЫНЯ ЮБАРИ. На том же японском острове растят еще один диковинный фруктик – очень сладкая и абсолютно круглая дыня. По сравнению с арбузом денсукэ стоит она сущие «копейки» - всего 150 долларов за штуку.
6. Съедобное ЗОЛОТО. У этого блюда нет ни запаха, ни вкуса, только блеск благородного металла. Но обеспеченные люди могут побаловать свои желудки таким золотишком. Его так же можно добавлять в другие блюда в качестве украшения. Килограмм съедобного золота обходится в 33 000 до 110 000 долларов.
7. ШАФРАН. Эту индийскую специю янтарного цвета считают одной из лучших в мире. Стоимость 450 граммов шафрана колеблется от 500 до 5000 долларов.
8. МРАМОРНАЯ ГОВЯДИНА. Для получения такого сорта мяса в Японии выращивают специальные коровы. Кормят буренок отборной травой и даже поят пивом. Килограммовый кусочек такой говядины стоит 770 долларов.
9. ИКРА ИРАНСКОЙ БЕЛУГИ ALMAS. Ее получают из очень древней рыбы белуги, жившей еще в период динозавров. 450 грамм икорки обойдется от 8 400 до 15 500 долларов.
10. СУП ИЗ ПТИЧЬИХ ГНЕЗД. Это китайское блюдо готовят из гнезд стрижей. Свои гнезда птицы строят, как известно, из слюны и глины. 450 грамм такого супчика стоят от 910 до 4 535 долларов.
