Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այսօր առավոտից հացադուլ եւ ջրադուլ է հայտարարել «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավոր Սիրակ Սաքանյանը: Նա տեսակցություն է պահանջում ոստիկանության պետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի, արդարադատության նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանի եւ ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
Ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների, դեկտեմբերի 31-ի գիշերը Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանում ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել: Մեքենաներից մեկի մեջ եղել են Սիրակ Սաքանյանն ընկերոջ՝ Կամո Հայրապետյանի ու եւս երկու ծանոթների հետ: Վթարից հետո մարդիկ իջել են մեքենայից, տղաները բարձր են խոսել, ինչից հետո նրանց են մոտեցել ՊՊԾ-ի ոստիկաններ եւ բերետավորներ, պահանջել՝ «հասարակական կարգը չխախտել»։
Նրանց մեքենայում գնտվող երկու աղջիկներից մեկը ինչ-որ պատասխան է տվել ոստիկաններին, վերջիններս սկսել են հրել աղջիկներին, քաշքշուկ է սկսվել, ինչից հետո չորսն էլ բերման են ենթարկվել Էրեբունու ոստիկանության բաժին: Առավոտյան աղջիկներին բաց են թողել, իսկ երիտասարդներին ձերբակալել, ապա նաեւ երկամսյա կալանք տվել։ Նրանք մեղադրվում են ոստիկաններին դիմադրելու մեջ։ Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն է եղել, աղջիկների ու երիտասարդների վնասվածքներն ու կապտուկները հաստատվել են, ընդ որում, երիտասարդներին փորձաքննության են տարել դեպքից 4 օր անց միայն։ Դեպքին մասնակից ոստիկանների վրա, սակայն, դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությամբ վնասվածքներ չեն հայտնաբերվել:
Երբ դեպքը հայտնվել է մամուլում, ոստիկանությունը պարզաբանում է հրապարակել պաշտոնական կայքում, տարածել դեկտեմբերի 31-ին ձերբակալվածների պահման վայրում կատարած նկարահանած տեսանյութ, որտեղ երեւում է, թե ինչպես են ոստիկանները համեստ կանգնած, իսկ աղջիկները հայհոյում են, պահանջում տղաներին ազատ արձակել: Այնտեղ կադրեր կան նաեւ, որտեղ տղաներն են հայհոյում:
Մեր տեղեկություններով, սակայն, ոստիկանները թքել են ՁՊՎ-ում պահվող, ձերբակալված Սաքանյանի եւ Հայրապետյանի ուղղությամբ, ինչին որպես պատասխան տղաները հայհոյել են: Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները, այսպիսով, սադրել են ձերբակալվածներին, նկարահանել նրանց արձագանքը եւ տարածել: Կալանավոր Սաքանյանը դեռ 15 օր առաջ դիմում է գրել եւ հանրային պաշտպան պահանջել, սակայն մինչ օրս նրա դիմումը չի բավարարվել:
