Եթե մի պահ համեմատականներ տանենք Հայաստանում քաղաքական հարցերի լուծման մեխանիզմների ու մեթոդոլոգիայի միջև, ապա հերթական անգամ կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ քաղաքական դաշտը հղի է սևի ու սպիտակի բաժանման ակնհայտ միտումներով: Ինչ խոսք, թվում է, թե նույնիսկ նման պարագայում հնարավոր է չգնալ լրացուցիչ սրումների, ցնցումների, ինչից, նախևառաջ, թե՛ միջազգային ասպարեզում, թե՛ երկրի ներսում վնաս է կրելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության` առանց այն էլ ոչ բարվոք իմիջը:
Սևի ու սպիտակի բաժանումը մեր երկրում նախադեպ չէ, Հայաստանը նման բաժանումների հարուստ փորձ ունի` 1996 թվականից սկսած. հարց է, թե ինչի է դա հանգեցրել, որպես արդյունք` ինչպիսի վնասներ ենք մենք կրել այսպիսի բաժանումների պատճառով, և ինչպես է դա անդրադարձել պետության հետագա զարգացման վրա: Թվում է, թե ունենք քաղաքական գործիչներ, որոնք հասկանում են` ինչ բան է պետությունը, նրա անվտանագությունը, նրա աշխարհագրական դիրքն ու հարևանների հետ, մեղմ ասած, ոչ բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները:
Բայց ամեն անգամ ինչ-որ բան չի ստացվել: Խոսվել է ցնցումներից խուսափելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, սակայն ընտրական ու հետընտրական գործողությունների արդյունքում ունեցել ենք ճիշտ հակառակ պատկերը: Այնուամենայնիվ, գոնե հիմա՝ Ցեղասպանության հարյուրամյա տարելիցին ընդառաջ, սահմանում օրեցօր լարվածության կտրուկ աճի առկայության պարագայում` անկախ վերջին օրերին արված հուզառատ պոռթկումներից, որոնց մեջ գոնե սթափ ու բանական քաղաքական շրջանակները դժվարանում են հենց քաղաքական ասելիք փնտրել, շատ կարևոր է հաշվի առնել վերոնշյալ հանգամանքները և իշխանության ու ընդդիմության խոսույթը հայհոյախառն ու կցկտուր գզվռտոցից տեղափոխել ավելի կոնվենցիոնալ ու կառուցողական դաշտ, որովհետև այս անգամ ձախողվելու դեպքում պարտվելու է ոչ թե իշխանությունը կամ ընդդիմությունը, այլ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը:
Նման պարագայում երկուստեք հայտարարությունները, թե սպառվել են բոլոր կամուրջները, եկել է միմյանց արագ լիկվիդացնելու ժամանակը, մեղմ ասած, անտրամաբանական են, իսկ եթե կուզեք` ցավալի ու սարսափելի: Իշխանության ու ընդդիմության միջև մշտապես գոյություն ունի «բանակցությունների հնարավոր սահման» հասկացությունը՝ zone of possible agrement: Թող ոչ ոք փորձ չանի ժողովրդի վզին փաթաթել հակառակը. Աստված մի արասցե, եթե տեղի ունենան բախումներ ու մարդկային կորուստներ, միևնույնն է, վերջին հանգրվանը լինելու է բանակցային սեղանը: Բոլոր հարցերը, ի վերջո, լուծվում են սեղանի շուրջ: Սրա մասին չէինք խոսի, եթե չունենայինք նախադեպեր, որոնց մասին ավելորդ անգամ կարիք չկա հիշատակելու: Իսկ թե ինչպիսի զարգացումներ կարող են տեղի ունենալ մոտ ապագայում, կանդրադառնանք առաջիկայում:
