Նորից անդրադառնալով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ելույթի տեքստին՝ ուզում եմ կանգ առնել այդ տեքստը գրողի (որը չի կարող լինել Ծառուկյանը) արտահայտած մտքերից մի քանիսի վրա:
Սերժ Սարգսյանին ուղղված մեղադրանքներից մի քանիսի անհեթեթությունը հիմք է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ տեքստը գրողն այդքան էլ լավ տեղյակ չէ Հայաստանի քաղաքական անցուդարձից: Մասնավորապես, տեքստի անհայտ հեղինակը նշել է՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթում ոչ մի խոսք չկար այն մասին, «թե ինչո՞ւ է Հայաստանի և Ղարաբաղի սահմանում աճել լարվածությունը, որի արդյունքում մենք ամեն օր լսում ենք նորանոր զոհերի մասին» և «թե ինչո՞ւ են Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանն այնքան երես առել, որ արհամարհանքով են խոսում Հայաստանի մասին»:
Իսկ ներողություն, որքանո՞վ է տրամաբանական այս հարցում մեղադրել իշխանություններին: Կարծես թե մեր Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն իր գործը կատարում է նորմալ, ՊՆ նախարարն իր տեղում է և չի թերանում, բանակը մարտունակ է և զգոն, ուղղակի թշնամի երկրի նախագահն է մոլագարությամբ տառապում: Այդ դեպքում իմաստը ո՞րն է` Սերժ Սարգսյանին մեղադրելը, իսկ Ալիևին՝ խնայելը: Այս միտքը մի շարք հարցեր է առաջացնում՝ տեքստի հեղինակի մտածելակերպի հետ կապված:
Կամ որ հեղինակն ասում է, թե Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանն արհամարհանքով են խոսում Հայաստանի մասին, մոռանո՞ւմ է, որ տևական ժամանակ ՀՀ-ում արտգործնախարար էր Վարդան Օսկանյանը, որին, ի դեպ, Ծառուկյանը դարձրեց իր կուսակցության երկրորդ մարդ:
Եվ այնպես չէ, որ Վարդան Օսկանյանը` որպես արտգործնախարար, Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանից առանձնապես տարբերվում էր: Միգուցե միայն նրանով, որ Սվազիլենդի ու Վանուատույի հետ դարավոր բարեկամություն հաստատելու ուղղությամբ չէր աշխատում, ընդամենը այսքանը:
Այսինքն, եթե Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերություններն այսօր այն չեն, ինչ ակնկալվում է, այդտեղ հավասարապես Օսկանյանի մեղքն էլ կա: Բացի այդ, նույն Օսկանյանի «Սիվիլիթաս» կոչվող հիմնադրամի մի մասնաճյուղը կարծես թե Թուրքիայում է, և նույն այդ «Սիվիլիթասով» էին վերջերս ոճրագործ Ջեմալ Փաշայի թոռանը հրավիրել Հայաստան, որ նա էլ գա ու Երևանի կենտրոնում մեր ազգային ազատագրական պայքարի մարտիկներին, վրիժառուներին անվանի ավազակներ, Օսկանյանն էլ զմայլվի նրա ելույթով: Դե բնական է, որ այդպիսի բանից հետո մի շարք թուրքեր քմծիծաղ էլ տված կլինեն:
Ծառուկյանի ելույթի տեքստի այլ դրվագներին անդրադառնալու առիթ դեռ կլինի, այս անգամ բավարարվեմ այսքանով: Մի բան ակնհայտ է՝ տեքստ գրողի ընտրությունը ճիշտ չէր:
