ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևի այցը Հայաստան տեղի չի ունենա: ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը վերջերս հայտարարել էր, որ ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևի այցի վերաբերյալ գոյություն ունի նախնական պայմանավորվածություն: Ըստ նախապես ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի արտագնա նիստը՝ ԵՏՄ վարչապետների մակարդակով, պետք է կայանար սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 8-9-ը՝ Երևանում, որի կայացման համար անհրաժեշտ էր բոլոր կողմերի համաձայնությունը:
Ռուսաստանի գլոբալ քաղաքական փոփոխությունների ուսումնասիրման կենտրոնի փորձագետ Անդրեյ Նիկիտինը Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետի այն հայտարարությունը, որ Մեդվեդևը գալու է Հայաստան, հենց այս միջոցառման շրջանակներում է, չնայած ՌԴ վարչապետը Երևանում պետք է քննարկեր նաև Մաքսային Միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությանն առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե կա նախնական պայմանավորվածություն ՌԴ վարչապետի՝ ՀՀ կատարվելիք այցի մասին, ըստ էության, վերաբերվում էր ՌԴ վարչապետի այցի հենց այդ օրակարգին:
Նիկիտինը նշեց, որ թե ԵՏՄ բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի արտագնա նիստի, թե այդ միջոցառման շրջանակներում ՌԴ վարչապետի այցի վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունները եղել են նախնական, քանի որ այդ պահին դեռևս նախագահների հանդիպման մասին խոսք չկար: Սակայն Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն եւ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաեւը արդեն հայտարարել են, որ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Մինսկում կանցկացվեն բանակցություններ, որոնց արդյունքում կորոշվի ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի եւ Ղրղզստանի անդամակցության հարցը: Ըստ Անդրեյ Նիկիտինի՝ Հայաստանի՝ Եվրասիական միությանն անդամակցության խոչընդոտները հաղթահարվել են սպասվածից շուտ և վարչապետների հանդիպման օրակարգն, ըստ էության, սպառվել է նախքան հանդիպումը: Մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց նաև, որ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Մինսկում նախագահների հանդիպմանն ընդառաջ հիմնական խնդիրները լուծված են և հանդիպումը, ըստ էության, Հայաստանի անդամակցության արարողակարգային մեկնարկն է:
