Ներքաղաքական վերջին իրադարձությունների շուրջ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը ներկայացրել է իր դիրքորոշումները՝ պատասխանելով մի քանի հարցերի.
-ՀՀԿ-ն ԲՀԿ-ին պատերա՞զմ է հայտարարել:
-Պատերազմի հետ այդպես թեթևորեն մի խաղացեք, պատերազմ միմյանց հայտարարում են թշնամի երկրները: Քաղաքական դաշտում պատերազմներ չեն լինում՝ որքան էլ փորձեն խոսքը պատկերավոր կամ տպավորիչ դարձնել: Եթե իրականության դաշտ վերադառնանք, պատերազմի, համընդհանուր մոբիլիզացիայի, հաղթանակի մասին խոսում են մեր այլընտրանքային գործընկերները: Իրենց ստեղծած իրավիճակի անելանելիությունը և մեր վճռականությունը տեսնելով: Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ընդգծեց, որ ԲՀԿ- ում կան հայրենասեր, գրագետ, աշխատող մարդիկ, ովքեր կարող են մեջք մեջքի կանգնել երկրի դեմ ծառացած մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու ու շեշտեց կոնսոլիդացիայի և համախմբման ոչ միայն անհրաժեշտության, այլև, վստահաբար՝ հնարավորության մասին: Քաղաքական դաշտի այսօրինակ մաքրումը, քաղաքական դաշտում քաղաքական գործիչներին տեղ բացելու այս գործընթացը դրանով է պայմանավորված և այդ նպատակն ունի: Երկրին պետք է ոչ թե ուժերի տրոհում ու փոշիացում, այլ՝ քաղաքական լայն կոնսոլիդացիա: Նախագահի խոսքում առաջադրված նպատակներից արդեն պարզ է, որ քաղաքական պատերազմ չկա, քաղաքական այլախոհության կամ քաղաքական ճնշումների խնդիր չկա ու չի կարող լինել: Ուստի նման հարցա դրումը շինծու և իրավիճակը շրջելու նպատակ ունեցող հարցադրում եմ համարում: Ավելի քան պարզ առաջարկ է հնչել՝ քաղաքական դաշտում հստակություն մտցնելու, իրերն իրենց անունով կոչելու ու այդ կետից շարունակելու նպատակադրում:
-Ի՞նչ կարծիքի եք Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խոսքում հնչած՝ իրեն նախագահի պաշտոնի առաջարկի մասին:
-Դեմքը պահելը, իհարկե, կարևոր է, բայց անձնական հարաբերությունների մանրամասներ հրապարակելը միշտ չի, որ ապահովում է դրանց հավատարժանությունը:
-Բազմահազարանոց հանրահավաքներից, իշխանափոխության պահանջներից չե՞ք վախենում:
-Չենք վախենում: Նախ՝ չեմ կարծում, որ մենք այն կուսակցությունն ենք, ում հետ սպառնալիքներով խոսելը տեղին է ու արդարացված, Հանրապետականի անցած ճանապարհը մեր անկախ պետականության անցած ճանապարհն է ու մեկնաբանություններն ավելորդ են: Երկրորդ՝ ցանկացած երկրում իշխանությունը իր ստանձնած պատասխանատվությունից ելնելով, առավել քան շահագրգիռ է երկիրը ցնցումներից հեռու պահելու, խաղաղ ընթացք ապահովելու համար՝ հատկապես մեր բազմաթիվ փորձություններով լի ժամանակներում: Եվ քաղաքական, և տնտեսական, և ռազմական, և սահմանների անվտանգության, և Թուրքիայի, և Ադրբեջանի, և Եվրոպայի, և ԵՏՄ-ի, և ներքաղաքական, և բազում այլ հարցերի, պրոբլեմների, թնջուկների առկայությամբ կայունությունը ավելի քան կարևոր ու արժեքավոր է, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ իշխանությունը պետք է շարունակաբար հանդուրժի վերջնագրերի և շանտաժի լեզուն: Այս պարագայում խոսել իշխանափոխության մասին, նշանակում է, ելնել ոչ թե նրանից, կա՞ն իշխանափոխության հիմքեր երկրում (իսկ մենք կարծում ենք, որ չկան), այլ ղեկավարվել այն մոտեցումով, որ՝ մեզ պետք լինի, մարդկանց փողոց կհանենք մեր այս կամ այն խնդիրը լուծելու համար: Սա ոչ միայն անընդունե լի է, այլև, կարծում եմ՝ անիրագործելի:
