Որն է չափանիշը,որով դատում են բանակի մարտունակ լինելու աստիճանը?: Ռազմագետները բազմաթիվ չափանիշներ ունեն,որով դատում են այս,կամ այն երկրի բանակի մարտունակության մասին: Երբեմն ռազմագետի կատարած վերլուծությունը կարող է լինել ոչ լիարժեք.ինֆորմացիան,որով նա վերլուծություն է կատարում կարող է լինել ոչ ճիշտ.երկրները միշտ չէ,որ իրական տվյալներ են հրապարակում,կամ միշտ չէ,որ իրենց անցկացրած զորավարժությունների օբեկտիվ գնահատականն են հրապարակում,կամ իրենց սպառազինությունների իրական քանակի ու որակի մասին հրապարակում,կամ անձնակազմի գործին տիրապետելու մասին ոչ օբեկտիվ տվյալներ են հրապարակում: Այսպիսով մնում է օբեկտիվ գնահատական տալ բանակին՝նայելով նրա կատարած գործին: Մեր բանակը այս առումով գործով ապացուցել է իր մարտունակության բարձր լինելը: Ես ռազմագետ չեմ,բայց պրիմիտիվ մեթոդ ունեմ այս հարցում.որևէ բանակի կատարած գործին նայելը և նրա անձնակազմի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի մասին դատելը՝աշխատավարձի հետ համեմատելով: Մեր բանակը իր փոքր թվով կարողացավ օրեր առաջ ապացուցել իր մարտունակությունը,որի գաղտնիքը միայն սպառազինությունը չէ,այլ՝ անձնակազմի պատրաստվածությունը և հայրենասեր լինելը: Հիմա հարց է առաջանում,թե ինչպես եմ համարում մեր բանակը հայրենասեր: Երբ մի բանակի զինծառայող ժամկետայինը իր կյանքի գնով սխրանք է գործում,ապա նա չի կարող լինել ոչ հայրենասերների բանակ,երբ բանակում պայմանագրայինը 120000 դրամով տարիներ շարունակ անսասան և անառիկ է պահում սահմանը ,ապա դա ոչ թե փողի համար է,այլ՝հայրենասիրությունից,երբ սպան իր ընտանիքը իր հետ տեղափոխում է այս կամ այն ծառայության վայրին մոտ բնակավայր և բազմաթիվ դժվարություններ հաղթահարելուն զուգահեռ սահման է պահում,ապա դա հայրենասիրությունից է: Ամեն երկիր իր տնտեսական հնարավարությունների սահմանում է վարձատրում իր զինվորականին,իսկ մեր հնարավորությունը դա է,իսկ մեր զինվորականը հաստատ փողի համար չէ այդ ամենը անում.ուրիշ շատ գործերով ավելի շատ կարող է վաստակել: Հ.Գ.ՆԱՏՕ-ի,կամ Ռուսաստանի զինվորականների բարձր աշխատավարձը թող հանեն,թող թանկարժեք տեխնիկական միջոցները վերցնեն .տեսնեմ քանիսը կմնա բանակում և քանիսը կկարողանա Քարվաճառում,Եղնիկներում,Իջևանում,կամ այլ տեղ ծառայություն իրականացնել,էլ չասեմ,որ հենց փողի քչանալու հաջորդ օրը զանգվածաբար կլքեն բանակը:
