Հայաստանում երեխաների մոտ հիվանդացության դեպքերի 65 տոկոսը լիակատար բուժվում են: Զարգացած երկրներում այդ ցուցանիշը հասցվել է 75 տոկոսի:
«Այս ցուցանիշը տասնհինգ տարվա տքնաջան աշխատանքի արդյունք է: 15 տարի առաջ առողջացումը կազմում էր ընդամենը հինգ տոկոս»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբˋ Առողջապահության նախարարության հրավիրած մանկական քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարին նվիրված քննարկմանը նշեց «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրի քիմիոթերապիայի կլինիկայի ղեկավար Սամվել Դանիելյանը:
Վիճակագրական տվյալների համաձայնˋ ամբողջ աշխարհում և Հայաստանում նկատվում է չարորակ նորագոյացությունների ամենամյա աճˋ մասնավորապես մեծահասակների շրջանում: Աշխարհում 200 հազար երեխա ամեն տարի հիվանդանում է քաղցկեղով, և ամեն օր 250 երեխա մահանում է քաղցկեղից: 2013 թվականին Հայաստանում գրանցվել քաղցկեղի 7911 նոր դեպք, որոնցից 59-ըˋ 0-17 տարեկան երեխաների և դեռահասների շրջանում: 2007 թվականի համեմատ երեխաների շրջանում չարորակ նորագոյացությունների տարածվածությունը բնութագրվում է նվազմամբ: Վիճակագրական տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ տղաներն ավելի շատ են հիվանդանում քաղցկեղով, քան աղջիկները: Մեր հանրապետությունում երեխաների մոտ ամենից հաճախ հանդիպում է արյան քաղցկեղըˋ լեյկեմիան, որը կազմում է չարորակ ուռուցքների մոտ 30-40 տոկոսը: Տարածվածությամբ երկրորդ տեղում են ավշային հանգույցների չարորակ ուռուցքները, երրորդ տեղումˋ գլխուղեղի ուռուցքը: «Մանկական քաղցկեղը գտնվում է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում, որը դա սահմանել է իրե գերակայություններից մեկը: Մինչև 18 տարեկան երեխաների բուժումը կատարվում է անվճարˋ պետական պատվերի շրջանակներում»,- ասաց ՀՀ ԱՆ աշխատակազմի մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման վարչության պետ Կարինե Սարիբեկյանը:
«Հիվանդացության նվազումից բացի, մոտ 18 տոկոսով կրճատվել է մահացության ցուցանիշը: Եթե տարիներ առաջ խիստ արդիական էր դեղորայքի հայթայթման խնդիրը, որը չէր ներմուծվում Հայաստան, ապա այսօր իրավիճակը փոխվել է: Դեղորայքը հիմնականում Հայաստանում կա: Խնդիրն այն է, որ ոչ բոլոր դեղորայքներն է հնարավոր լինում ապահովել պետպատվերի շրջանակում: Անգամ ԱՄՆ-ի, Գերմանիայի նման զարգացած երկրներում ծախսերը ծածկելու խնդիրներ են առաջ գալիս, քանի որ բժշկությունը, զարգացմանը զուգընթաց, թանկանում է: Նոր ծրագրերը նոր ծախսեր են պահանջում: Այս առումով հսկայական օգնություն է ցուցաբերում «Նվիրիր կյանք» հիմնադրամը' հոգալով թե´ դեղորայքի ապահովման, թե´ բուժման համար ճանապարհորդության և մյուս ծախսերը: Արդեն հինգ տարի է Հայաստանում որևէ դեպք չի գրանցվել, որ հիվանդի սոցիալական վիճակից կախված լինի նրա բուժման որակը»,- իր հերթին հավելեց «Ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնի» մանկական բաժնի վարիչ Գրիգոր Բադալյանը:
Մանկական քաղցկեղի առաջացման պատճառները բազմաթիվ ենˋ քաղցկեղածին նյութեր սննդում և օդում, ծնողների վնասակար սովորությունները, ինչպիսիք են ծխախոտի և ալկոհոլի չարաշահումը, մոր մոտ նույնիսկ մինչ հղիությունն առողջական խնդիրները: Հիվանդությունն ավելի հաճախ հայտնաբերվում է 2-4 տարեկան երեխաների մոտ, որը գիտնականների համոզմամբ, լինում է բնածին: Երկրորդ տեղում 11-14 տարեկան երեխաներն են. նրանց մոտ քաղցկեղն առաջանում է սեռական հասունացման շրջանում: Մեծահասակների մոտ հաճախ հանդիպող քաղցկեղի տեսակները երեխաների մոտ գրեթե չեն լինում: Բուժումն առավել արդյունավետ է, երբ հիվանդությունը հայտնաբերվում է սկզբնական փուլում: Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ՝ ծնողների կողմից ուշացումներ չեն լինում:
