Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, ամփոփվել են մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների 2015թ. հունվար ամսվա ընթացքում կատարած աշխատանքների գնահատման և վերլուծության արդյունքները:
Ներկայացնելով քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում կատարած աշխատանքների ամփոփ ցուցանիշները՝ քաղաքապետի խորհրդական Արայիկ Քոթանջյանը նշել է, որ աղյուսակային ընդհանուր սանդղակում առաջին հորիզոնականը կիսել են Արաբկիր և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանները: Երկրորդ տեղը զբաղեցրել է Ավան, իսկ երրորդը՝ Նոր Նորք և Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանները: 2015թ. ամփոփիչ գնահատման և վերլուծության արդյունքներով ամենացածր ցուցանիշը գրանցել է Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանը:
Անդրադառնալով գնահատման և վերլուծության արդյունքներին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է ընդլայնել գնահատման համակարգում ներառված քաղաքային տնտեսության ուղղությունները՝ նկատելով, որ այսկերպ վարչական շրջանների աշխատանքների գնահատումը կլինի առավել արդյունավետ ու համակողմանի:
«Աշխատանքների գնահատման այս ձևաչափն իրականում ապացուցեց, որ իսկապես արդյունավետ է և հաջողված: Շատ վարչական շրջաններ, որոնք նախորդ տարիներին գրանցել են համեմատաբար ցածր ցուցանիշներ, այսօր առաջատարների շարքում են, ինչը խոսում է հետևողական և ամենօրյա աշխատանքի մասին: Մենք պետք է ընդլայնենք գնահատման համակարգում ներառված քաղաքային տնտեսության ուղղությունների շրջանակը, ինչը, վստահ եմ, առավել արդյունավետ կդարձնի վարչական շրջանների աշխատանքը՝ այդպիսով նպաստելով նաև աշխատանքների առավել համակողմանի գնահատմանը»,- ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Քաղաքապետը վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հորդորել է չբավարարվել ձեռքբերածով՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով, որ անելիքներ դեռ շատ կան, և պետք է առավել հետևողական աշխատանք տանել ցուցանիշներն էլ ավելի բարելավելու ուղղությամբ:
Խորհրդակցության շրջանակում պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարվել է առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի վարչությունների կատարած աշխատանքները նույնպես գնահատման և վերլուծության համակարգում ներառելու վերաբերյալ:
