Անհայտ անձանց կողմից առևանգված և ծեծի ենթարկված ԲՀԿ քաղխորհրդի անդամ Արտակ Խաչատրյանը ակնկալում է, որ իրավապահ մարմինները շուտափույթ կբացահայտեն գործը և կգտնեն հանցագործներին: Փետրվարի 17-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Արտակ Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ այս պահին չի կարող շատ բան ասել, քանի որ նոր է դուրս գրվել հիվանդանոցից և տեղյակ չէ նախաքննության մանրամասներին: «Միայն գիտեմ, որ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, ընթանում է նախաքննություն: Նախաքննության մի մասը գաղտնի է, նույնիսկ բաներ կան, որ ինձանից են գաղտնի պահվում: Ես էլ ընդամենը երեկ եմ հիվանդանոցից դուրս գրվել և մանրամասներին տեղյակ չեմ: Ես հույս ունեմ, որ իրավապահ մարմինները շատ արագ կբացահայտեն գործը, կգտնեն մեղավորներին և կենթարկեն պատասխանատվության»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հայտարարեց Խաչատրյանը:
Անդրադառնալով շրջանառվող վարկածին, թե իր առևանգման և ծեծի հետ կապ ունի ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Աբրահամ Մանուկյանը՝ Խաչատրյանը հիշեցրեց, որ ինքն անձամբ է մասնակցել Աբրահամ Մանուկյանին պատկանող տարածքի զննությանը և հերքել է, որ այդ տարածքում են իրեն ծեծել: «Ես կրկնում եմ, որ գործը դեռևս բացահայտված չէ, շատ բաներ էլ գաղտնի են պահվում: Իսկ նման պայմաններում ես չեմ ցանկանում ենթադրություններ անել և պատմել հեքիաթներ: Այս պահին որևէ բան պարզ չէ, սակայն ես կարծում եմ, որ մեր իրավապահները պրոֆեսիոնալ կլինեն, կբացահայտեն գործը և կպատժեն հանցագործին՝ անկախ նրա կուսակցական պատկանելությունից: Եթե հանցագործ է, ապա պետք է պատժվի»,- նշեց Խաչատրյանը:
Հստակեցնող հարցին, թե հերքու՞մ է իր առևանգման գործում Աբրահամ Մանուկյանի մասնակցությունը, Արտակ Խաչատրյանը պատասխանեց, որ չի կարող հերքել կամ հաստատել մի բան, ինչը հայտնի չէ: «Ես սովորություն չունեմ շատերի նման հեքիաթներ պատմել: Այս պահին որևէ բան հայտնի չէ, և ես չեմ ցանկանում անհիմն ենթադրություններ անել»,- նշեց նա:
Խաչատրյանը նաև լրագրողներին խնդրեց իր առևանգումը չխառնել ներկայումս Հայաստանում ընթացող քաղաքական գործընթացների հետ:
ԲՀԿ քաղխորհրդի անդամ Արտակ Խաչատրյանը վստահեցնում է, որ շարունակելու է իր ակտիվ հասարակական գործունեությունը և լինելու է արդարության և ազատության մարտիկ: «Եթե լինեն շրջանառության հարկի մասին օրենքի նման օրենքներ, ես կպայքարեմ դրանց դեմ: Թող փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատերերն իմանան, որ ես շարունակելու եմ պայքարել նրանց շահերի համար»,- հայտարարեց Խաչատրյանը:
Անդրադառնալով իր կուսակցական պատկանելությանը՝ Խաչատրյանն ընդգծեց, որ ինքն արդեն երկար տարիներ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամ է և շարունակելու է իր անդամակցությունն այդ կուսակցությանը: Արտակ Խաչատրյանը նաև վստահեցրեց, որ շարունակելու է լինել Գագիկ Ծառուկյան անձի կողքին: Նա ընդգծեց, որ մինչ այս պահը եղել է ԲՀԿ առաջնորդի կողքին և շարունակելու է լինել՝ հարգելով նրա անձը և մարդկային հատկանիշները:
Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց հայ ժողովրդին իրեն զորակցելու համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ այն ամենի մեջով, որ ինքն անցել է, շատ դժվար է հաղթահարել, սակայն դրանում մեծ է ժողովրդի աջակցությունը: Խաչատրյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց նաև բժիշկներին, ովքեր հիվանդանոցում գտնվելու ընթացքում իրեն վերաբերել են իրենց սեփական տղայի նման:
