Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտնի ելույթը, ըստ էության, ելակետային նշանակություն ունեցավ ՀՀ-ում առկա քաղաքական իրավիճակի արմատական վերափոխման և վերաձևման համար: Այսինքն` պայմանականորեն հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքը կարող ենք բաժանել երկու մեծ շրջափուլերի՝ մինչ նախագահի ելույթը և դրանից հետո:
Այս կոնտեքստում հետաքրքրական են դառնում ԲՀԿ-ի և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից նախատեսվելիք գործողությունների հեռանկարները՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ իշխանությունների դեմ առճակատումն անկասկած կուսակցությանը կկանգնեցնի լրջագույն մարտահրավերների առջև: Այս տեսանկյունից թերևս կուսակցության համար կարող ենք առանձնացնել երկու լրջագույն խնդիր, որոնք, ըստ էության, որոշակիորեն կխոչընդոտեն հակաիշխանական շարժման ռեալիզացման գործընթացին:
Ակնհայտ է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչակարգը արմատապես փոխել է հակաիշխանական ելույթներին հակադարձելու` արդեն սովորական դարձած մոտեցումները: Բերձորյան դեպքերը և ՀՀԿ անդամների «հարձակվողական» կեցվածքն այս ամենի վառ ապացույցն են, և կասկածից դուրս է, որ վերոնշյալ քաղաքական գործընթացները դեռևս կունենան իրենց տրամաբանական հաջորդականությունը:
«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը, որպես այդպիսին, արհեստական քաղաքական կառույց է, ինչի արդյունքում, այն ամեն օր, ամեն ժամ դառնում է էլ ավելի խոցելի, քանի որ հրամայական է դառնում ներսից պայթեցման սպառնալիքը: Խնդիրը նրանում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի թիմը ժամանակին ձևավորվել է որոշակի շահերի ամբողջացման և ինտենսիվ սպասարկման արդյունքում, այսինքն` կոնցեպտուալ առումով չկա որևէ գաղափարական, քաղաքակրթական հիմք, որը կարող է միավորել աշխարհայացքային տարբեր ամպուլաներում գտնվող կուսակցական գործիչներին: Փաստորեն, ԲՀԿ-ն տարասեռների ամբողջություն է, որի շուրջ պտտվող տարաբնույթ «ատոմները» կենտրոնի ձգողականության թուլացման դեպքում ինտենսիվորեն կարող են տեղափոխվել և պտտվել բոլորովին այլ կենտրոնի շուրջը:
Ահա այսպիսի պայմաններում է, որ Բարգավաճ Հայաստանից հեռացան Արագած Ախոյանը և, որոշ տեղեկությունների համաձայն, գործարար Կարո Կարապետյանը (Յուվեցի Կարո): Վստահաբար կարող ենք նշել, որ «առնետավազքը» դեռևս կշարունակվի, իսկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հավանական ձերբակալությունից հետո, որի մասին անուղղակիորեն ակնարկեց հանրապետության նախագահը, ընդհանրապես պարզ չէ, թե քաղաքական թիմն ինչ ճակատագրի կարժանանա: Չի բացառվում նաև կայծակնային արագությամբ կազմաքանդումը, որը բնորոշ է բոլոր այն քաղաքական կառույցներին, որոնք հիմնված են կամայական անհատի հեղինակության և ազդեցության վրա:
Վերոնշյալ քաղաքական գործընթացները, եթե չհանգեցնեն ներկուսակցական ցնցումների, ապա հնարավոր է, որ որոշակի դրական ազդեցություն կունենան, այն է.
