ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության իրականացրած օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված նյութերի հիման վրա, փետրվարի 12-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ փաստաթուղթ կեղծելու կամ խաբեության այլ ճանապարհով ժամկետային զինվորական կամ այլընտրանքային ծառայությունից խուսափելու, կաշառքի միջնորդության, կաշառք տալու, կաշառք ստանալու, իշխանազանցության կամ անգործության դեպքերի առթիվ։ Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ԱԱԾ եւ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների հետ համատեղ իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա ձերբակալվել է 5 անձ։
Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ նշված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական բժշկական հանձնաժողովի անդամ, Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանի թերապիայի թիվ 1 ամբիոնի վարիչի պաշտոնակատար, բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր-պրոֆեսոր, Ալեքսանդր Այվազյանը, Էրեբունի բժշկական կենտրոնի ալերգոլոգիայի բաժանմունքի վարիչ Քրիստինա Ջամալյանը, Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն-ինտերնատի տնօրեն Արտակ Հարությունյանը, Նոր-Արեշ պոլիկլինիկայի նախկին տնօրեն Ալեն Բաբայանը, զորակոչիկ Սամվել Վերդիյանը։
Մասնավորապես՝ Ա.Այվազյանը կասկածվում է խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու, Ք.Ջամալյանը՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու, Ա.Հարությունյանը, փաստաթուղթ կեղծելու կամ խաբեության այլ ճանապարհով ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափելուն օժանդակելու, Ա.Բաբայանը՝ կաշառքի միջնորդության եւ փաստաթուղթ կեղծելու կամ խաբեության այլ ճանապարհով ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափելուն օժանդակելու, Ս.Վերդյանը փաստաթուղթ կեղծելու կամ խաբեության այլ ճանապարհով ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափելու մեջ։
Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ՝ բաղկացած առավել փորձառու քննիչներից։ Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ կատարված հանցագործությունները լիարժեք բացահայտելու, մեղավոր անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
