Քիչ առաջ ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի Արմենակյան փողոցում Volkswagen մակնիշի 34 ՏT 390 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի թաղապետարանի հարևանությամբ վրաերթի է ենթարկել 4 հոգու:
Ինչպես վրաերթի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վրաերթի հետևանքով 4 հոգի, որոնցից 2-ը մեծահասակ են, իսկ 2-ը՝ երեխաներ, տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոց: Վիրավորներին օգնել են քաղաքացիներն ու Երևանի ՃՈ աշխատակիցները՝ Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի աշխատակիցների հետ: Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է , որ հարվածի արդյունքում վրաերթի ենթարկվածները շպրտվել և բախվել են թաղապետարանի հարևանությամբ գտնվող մանկապարտեզի ճաղավանդակներին: Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ վրաերթից հետո վարորդը փորձել է հեռանալ դեպքի վայրից, սակայն ՃՈ աշխատակիցները, ճիշտ կողմնորոշվելով, կարողացել են կանխել նրա փախուստը: Քիչ առաջ շհիվանդանոցից տեղեկացրին, որ երեխաներից մեկը մահացել է, մնացած 3 վիրավորները վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում են:
Գ. Շամշյանը հայտնում է նաև, որ դեպքի վայրում ամբողջովին կոտրված է մանկական սայլակը: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են Երևանի ՃՈ աշխատակիցները՝ Երևանի ՃՈ պետ Արման Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ: Տեղում է նաև ոստիկանության Մարաշի բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժանմունքի պետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ, ովքեր կարողացան վարորդին տեղափոխել ոստիկանական բաժանմունք, որպեսզի վրաերթի ենթարկվածների հարազատները հաշվեհարդար չտեսնեն, քանի որ իրավիճակն ամբողջովին լարված է:
Դեպքի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից հայտնել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել են հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչներ Գագիկ Հարությունյանն ու Անդրանիկ Փարսադանյանը: Առաջին պահից դեպքի վրաերթի վայրում էր նաև Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Վարազդատ Մկրտչյանը:
Քիչ առաջ Մարաշի ոստիկանները Volkswagen մակնիշի մեքենայի մեջ հայտնաբերեցին 50-ամյա Ռազմիկ Ավետիսյանի անվամբ վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական: Փաստի առթիվ Ա. Փարսադանյանի կողմից հարուցվել քրեական գործ՝ Հհ քր.օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վրաերթի ենթարկված վիրավորների և մահացածի ինքնությունը:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, որ վիրավորներին առաջինը տեղափոխել են Նորք Մարաշում գտնվող ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք, որտեղ, որտեղ, ցավոք, երեխաներից մեկն արդեն մահացել էր, իսկ մյուսին տեղի բժիշկներն առաջին անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնությունը տրամադրելուց հետո տեղափոխեցին «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն: Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արա Ասոյանը հայտնեց, որ վիրավոր երեխան գտնվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում:
