Ադրբեջանական «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալության տնօրեն, ընդդիմադիր եւ ժողողրդավարական ուժերի Ազգային խորհրդի համակարգման կենտրոնի անդամ Մեհման Ալիեւը ադրբեջանական հասարակությանը զգուշացրել է, որ մոտ ժամանակում սոցիալական լարվածությունը երկրում զգալիորեն կաճի:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Թուրան»-ի տնօրենը հայտարարել է moderator.az լրատվական կայքին տված հարցազրույցում:
«Կասկած չկա, որ Ադրբեջանում առաջիկա ամիսներին սոցիալական լարվածությունն ու դժգոհությունն զգալիորեն կաճեն: Արդեն բացահայտ են դրա որոշ տարրերը: Հիմնական գործոններից մեկն էլ տարբեր ուղիներով երկիր մուտք գործող եկամուտների նվազումն է, որն էլ պայմանավորելու է սոցիալական խնդիրների եւ լարվածության աճը: Այդ տեսակետից մոտ ամիսներին սոցիալական հողի վրա լուրջ բողոքներ կդիտվեն, որոնք կարող են դառնալ զանգվածային բողոքի ակցիաների պատճառ եւ դրա հավանականությունը խիստ բարձր է», -կանխատեսել է նա:
Նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկումը սրընթացորեն արժեզրկում է նաեւ Ադրբեջանի ազգային արժույթ մանաթը: Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները հայտնում են, որ մանաթի արժեզրկումն իրարանցում է առաջացրել ադրբեջանական հասարկության մեջ: Մանաթից պահ առաջ ազատվելու համար բնակչությունը մեկ օրվա ընթացքում գնել է Ադրբեջանի բանկերում եւ փոխանակման կետերում եղած դոլարի եւ եվրոյի ամբողջ պահուստը:
Նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերությունից (SOCAR) պետբյուջե հատկացումները մեկ երրորդով պակասել են:
«Ազադլըգ» թերթը գրել է, որ համաշխարհային շուկաներում նավթի գների կտրուկ նվազումը ի չիք դարձրեց Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից անընդհատ հորջորջվող' «նմանը չունեցող տնտեսական զարգացման մասին» հեքիաթները' նշելով, որ նավթի վաճառքի վրա հիմնված տնտեսությունը սկսեց քայքայվել հենց նավթի վաճառքի նվազման եւ մանաթի արժեզրկման հետ, եւ այժմ Ադրբեջանին մեծ տնտեսական աղետ է սպասում:
«Այս տարի Ադրբեջանին մեծ տնտեսական ալեկոծություններ, սոցիալական լարվածություն, զանգվածային գործազրկություն, բնակչության եկամուտների նվազում, մանաթի արժեզրկում եւ այլ բացասական իրողություններ են սպասում: Մի խոսքով, 2015 թվականը իսկական «տնտեսական աղետ» է լինելու Ադրբեջանի համար», -ահազ անգել է թերթը:
SOCAR-ն Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադարմի հետ միասին Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի հիմնական ապահովողներն են: Ըստ ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների' Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերթքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 87 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:
Ադրբեջանի 2015 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսված է 90 դոլար: Ներկայում այն արդեն պետբյուջեում նախատեսվածից մոտ 40 դոլարով ցածր է:
