«Ես չէի ասի, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ու իր թիմակիցները, ինչպես եւ այդ պահին իրենց միացող ուժերը որեւէ խաղ են խաղում իշխանությունների հետ, ընդհակառակը` արվեց քայլ, որը պարզապես չհաջողվեց ու այդ անհաջողության մեջ ԲՀԿ-ի դերը շատ մեծ է, որովհետեւ նրանք ճիշտ չգնահատեցին պահի լրջությունը, նրանք չափազանցրին սեփական հնարավորությունը եւ չգնահատեցին հնարավոր, ես կասեի` ավելի կանխատեսելի արձագանքը», այս մասին Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանը:
Ըստ քաղաքագետի` «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունում պարզապես ոչ բոլորն էին պատրաստ իշխանափոխության, հենց դա է պատճառներից մեկը, որի հետեւանքով էլ ԲՀԿ-ն հայտնվեց երկու քարի արանքում:
«Փաստորեն, իշխանափոխության մասին, կարծես թե, մտածում էին «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների մի մասը: Առավել քան հասկանալի է, որ ԲՀԿ-ն այդքան էլ վճռական չէր տրամադրված իշխանափոխության քայլին գնալու համար: Փաստ է, որ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը» շտապեց անելիք գործողություններում եւ քայլերում: ԲՀԿ-ն փորձեց անել այն քայլը, որն իրականում նա պետք է աներ գոնե մեկ տարի հետո` սպասվող խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ: Ժամանակի ճիշտ ընտրությունը հնարավորություն կտար առնվազն լեգիտիմ ձեւով օգտվել իր իրավունքներից` անցկացնելով հանրահավաքներն ավելի անվտանգ»,-նշում է Մինասյանը:
Քաղաքագետը նաեւ հավելեց, որ բացի անհամբերությունից, կային նաեւ այլ պատճառներ, որոնց արդյունքում էլ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամները հայտնվեցին նման իրավիճակում, դրանցից էին օրինակ՝ Գյումրու, Բերձորի դեպքերը, որոնք ըստ Ս. Մինասյանի` այլ կերպ էին մեկնաբանվել. ԲՀԿ-ի հերթական ձախողումը կարող է լուրջ սպառնալիք հանդիսանալ սեփական էլեկտորատի զգալի մասի վստահությունը կորցնելու, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ` երբեք հետ չվերադարձնելու համար:
Ինչպես նշեց քաղաքագետը, դեռ 2012 թվականի նախագահական ընտրություններին ԲՀԿ-ն պարզապես հիասթափեցրեց իր ընտրողներին` հանդես չգալով սեփական թեկնածուով:
«Հասկանալի է, որ այս քայլի պատճառով եւ արդյունքում դեռ երկար ժամանակ` առնվազն մինչեւ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների սկիզբը, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանն» ի վիճակի չի լինելու որեւէ ձեւով ազդել քաղաքական իրավիճակի վրա: Նրանց էլեկտորատում կան տարբեր մոտեցումներ ունեցող անհատներ: Դրա համար մարդիկ չպետք է ունենան ոչ հիմնավորված հույսեր, որ հետո չհիասթափվեն: Պետք չէ սեփական էլեկտորատին տալ այն հույսերը, որոնք ի վիճակի չեք իրագործելու: Սա արդեն երկրորդ նման դեպքն է, եւ ԲՀԿ-ն բավական լուրջ խնդիրներ կունենա իր էլեկտորատի հետ: Առաջին անգամ ԲՀԿ-ն 2012 թվականին հրաժարվեց նախագահական պայքարից: Այս քայլով էլ կուսակցությունը դուրս եկավ ակտուալ քաղաքականության շարքերից: Չի բացառվում, որ ինչպես ժամանակին ԲՀԿ-ի էլեկտորատը միացավ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանին, այս անգամ եւս կմիանա այլ ուժի»:
