ՊԲ օպերատիվ տվյալների համաձայն` փետրվարի 15-ից 21-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում հակառակորդի կողմից հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմը խախտվել է շուրջ 900 անգամ, որի ընթացքում տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներից հայ դիրքապահների ուղղությամբ արձակվել է ավելի քան 10000 կրակոց:
Նշենք, որ անցած գիշեր ադրբեջանական կողմը կրկին դիվերսիոն փորձ է իրականացրել Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ։ Թշնամու փոքր ջոկատը փորձել է ներթափանցել ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումների թիկունք, սակայն ժամանակին հայտնաբերվել և ոչնչացվել է։ Նախնական տվյալների համաձայն` ադրբեջանական կողմն առնվազն 4 զինծառայող է կորցրել։ Կան վիրավորներ։
Նկատենք, որ հակառակորդը, փաստորեն, վերսկսել է դիվերսիոն գործողություններն անմիջապես այն բանից հետո, երբ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները հեռացել են տարածաշրջանից։ Թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված Ադրբեջանի նման գործելաոճը, այն էլ տարածաշրջանից Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հեռանալուց անմիջապես հետո, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարինե Աճեմյանից.
«Ե՛ւ նրանց այցից առաջ, ե՛ւ այցից հետո, անգամ եղել են դեպքեր, որ հենց այցելության ընթացքում են իրականացվել նման գործողություններ: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Ադրբեջանը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի հետ կապված վերապահումներ ունի, այսինքն` չի համարում, որ Մինսկի խումբն արդյունավետ է աշխատում: Ի հեճուկս այս ամենի` հայկական կողմը կարծում է, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, մենք պետք է այդ ձեւաչափով շարունակենք աշխատանքները: Մենք համարում ենք, որ Մինսկի խումբն իր առաքելությունը դանդաղ, բայց իրականացնում է: Դիվերսիաների հետ կապված, որոնք վերջին շրջանում բավական ակտիվացել են, շատ ավելի լավ կլիներ, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները կոնկերտ վերաբերմունք ցույց տային եւ կոնկրետ հայտարարություններ անեին»:
Իսկ Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղարի՝ Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի հարցերով տեղակալ Վիկտորիա Նուլանդի օրերս արված հայտարարության վերաբերյալ, թե հայկական կողմը կալանավորված դիվերսանտներ Ասքերովին եւ Գուլինին պետք է վերադարձնի Ադրբեջանին, Կ.Աճեմյանը նշեց. «Ես իհարկե ընթերցել եմ այդ նյութը, սակայն դրա հետ մեկտեղ կարդացել եմ նաեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակի հայտարարությունը, որը շատ կոշտ էր եւ տեղին: Մենք հաստատ չգիտենք, թե Նուլանդն ինչ հայտարարություն է արել, շատ հնարավոր է, որ Նուլանդի խոսքն այդպիսին չի եղել: Այնուամենայնիվ, այս կոնտեքստում կարող եմ նշել, որ ամերիկյան կողմը արդեն պետք է կոնկրետանա եւ իր հայտարարություններում հստակ նշի այն կողմի մասին, որն իրականացնում է այդ հարձակումները: Մշտապես հնչում են կոչեր, որոնք ուղղված են երկու կողմերին եւ օբյեկտիվ չեն:
Կարծում եմ` շատ ավելի լավ կլիներ, որ դրանք ուղղվեին կոնկրետ Ադրբեջանին, որովհետեւ մենք պարզապես հակադարձում ենք եւ երբեք չենք հարձակվում: Չեմ կարծում, որ մեր իշխանությունները այդ հայտարարությանը լուրջ են վերաբերվել: Հայկական կողմն ինքը կորոշի ինչպես վարվել դիվերսանտների հետ: Եթե, իհարկե, եղել է նման հայտարարություն, ապա, իմ կարծիքով, Նուլանդը ցանկացել է սիրաշահել ադրբեջանական կողմին»:
