Արդեն քանի օր է, ինչ մամուլում շրջանառվում են լուրեր այն մասին, որ ըստ «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության տեղեկությունների` ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանը նամակ չի ուղարկել իր ռուսաստանցի գործընկերոջը:
ՀԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Դանիել Իոաննիսյանն իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում նշել էր, որ իրենք փորձել են տեղեկություն ստանալ ՌԴ դատախազությունից, սակայն պարզվել է, որ ռուսական կողմը որեւէ նամակ չի ստացել, եւ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի` իր կոլեգայի կողմից ուղարկված նամակի մասին որեւէ տեղեկություն չունի: Առեղծվածային նամակի եւ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խոստումի վերաբերյալ, Orer.am-ը մեկնաբանություն ստացավ ԱԺ «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանից, ով իր խոսքում մասնավորապես նշեց.
«Դուք երեւի տեղյակ եք, որ ես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանին դատի եմ տվել իր անգործության դրսեւորման համար: Բողոքս գտնվում է Կենտրոն եւ Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում: Ինձ համար նա պատկանում է անգործություն դրսեւորող պաշտոնյաների շարքին: Գիտեք` դիտավորությունը կարող է դրսեւորվել տարբեր ձեւերով: Ես չգիտեմ, կամ իրեն կարգադրել են, որ նա դիտավորյալ անգործության մատնի հարցը, կամ նա ունի ինչ-որ շահագրգռվածություն: Ես չեմ կարող ասել, թե որ տարբերակն է գործում, սակայն այն, որ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանն իր գործառույթները չի իրականացնում, որը պարտավոր է, դա միանշանակ է»:
Չնայած նրան, որ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն անդրադարձել է վերը նշված թեմային եւ նշել, որ հերյուրանքներին արձագանքելու կարիք չի տեսնում, այնուամենայնիվ, հարկ է նկատել, որ մինչ օրս որեւէ արձագանք դեռ չկա` ուղարկված նամակի հետ կապված:
Ինչեւէ, մի կողմ թողնելով նամակի պատմությունը՝ նկատենք, որ Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի ողբերգության քառասունքի օրվան զուգահեռ՝ տեղի են ունենալու անհասկանալի իրադարձություններ: Գյումրիում տեղակայված ռուսական ռազմաբազայի հրամանատարության որոշմամբ` «մասլեննիցայի» կապակցությամբ փետրվարի 22-ին անց է կացվելու տոնախմբություն, ինչի հետ մեկտեղ՝ կնշվի նաեւ ռուսական բանակի օրը:
Դժվար չէ պատկերացնել, թե ինչերի կհանգեցնեն նման զարգացումները …
Ըստ գյումրեցիների` իրենք սպասում են, որպեսզի լրանա ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանի կողմից նշված ժամկետը, իսկ թե ինչ կլինի հետո` տեսնել է պետք, հավաստիացնում են Գյումրիի բնակիչները: Ի դեպ, նկատենք, որ գյումրեցի պատգամավորները նույնպես հայտնել են իրենց մտավախությունների մասին` սպասվելիք իրադարձությունների հետ կապված:
Նշենք, որ Հասմիկ Ավետիսյանի 3 քույրերն այսօր պատրաստվում էին նստացույց սկսել Գյումրիում տեղակայված ՌԴ հյուպատոսարանի շենքի կամ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի դիմաց, սակայն որոշեցին իրենց բողոքի գործողությունները սկսել մի քանի օրից:
