Չնայած նրան, որ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը չեղյալ հայտարարեց փետրվարի 20-ին նախատեսված հանրահավաքը, այնուամենայնիվ, նույն օրն Ազատության հրապարակում «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի կողքին հավաքվել էին մի քանի տասնյակ մարդիկ, որոնց թվում էր նաեւ վերլուծաբան Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը, ով Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց. «Ես` որպես վերլուծաբան, մասնակցում եմ ցանկացած միջոցառման: Այսօր այստեղ հավաքված է հայ ժողովրդի մի մասը, եւ ես ինչպես, տարիներ շարունակ մասնակցել եմ, այսօր նույն կերպ ներկա եմ գտնվում նաև այս հավաքին»:
Խոսելով ներքաղաքական վերջին զարգացումներից` Ա. Կիվիրյանը պատասխանեց Orer.am-ի կողմից հնչեցված հարցադրումներին.
-Պարոն Կիվիրյան, ի՞նչ եք կարծում, հանրահավաքի չեղյալ հայտարարելու իրական պատճառը ո՞րն էր:
-Հանրահավաքի չեղյալ հայտարարելու իրական պատճառը բոլորի համար ակնհայտ է, այն է՝ ռեժիմը «կոտրեց» Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին: Հենց այդ է պատճառը, որ իրենք չեղյալ հայտարարեցին իրենց իսկ կողմից նշանակված հանրահավաքը, ընդ որում, աբսուրդը կայանում է նրանում, որ հանրահավաքը հրավիրել էին երեք քաղաքական ուժեր, բայց դրանից հետո չեղյալ հայտարարեց ԲՀԿ-ի քաղաքական խորհուրդը: Այս քայլը ցույց տվեց, որ ընդդիմության դաշտն այդ պահի դրությամբ մոնոպոլիզացված էր «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության կողմից, որը չկարողացավ իրականացնել այդ հիմնական դերակատարությունը, որն ինքն էր փորձում ստանձնել:
-Ասում են` ճնշումները շարունակվելու են, եւ ՀՀԿ-ի ու ԲՀԿ-ի միջեւ բախումն ավելի մեծ թափ է ստանալու ապրիլի 24-ից հետո, դուք ի՞նչ կարծիքի եք:
-Այս պահի դրությամբ նման բան չի երեւում, բախում կարող է տեղի ունենալ այն պարագայում, եթե «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը» փորձի կոշտ եւ իրական դիրքորոշում որդեգրել, այսինքն` իրեն ցուցադրի որպես ընդդիմադիր ուժ: Այս պահի դրությամբ ինքն իր կողմից հռչակված հանրահավաքն է չեղյալ հայտարարում, հիմա իրեն ճնշեն որ ի՞նչ անեն:
-Քաղաքագետներից ոմանք պնդում են, որ ԲՀԿ-ի նման գործելաոճը պետք է դրսեւորվեր առնվազն մեկ տարի անց, օրինակ` խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, արդյո՞ք ԲՀԿ-ն ճիշտ ժամանակին հանդես չի եկել կոշտ հայտարարություններով:
-Ինչ կապ ունի, թե հայտարարությունը երբ է արվել` հիմա՞, թե՞ մեկ տարի հետո: Ցանկացած բռնապետական երկրում թիվ մեկ օլիգարխին գրեթե անհնար է դուրս գալ քրեաօլիգարխիկ համակարգի դեմ, քանի որ ինքն այդ համակարգի մասնիկն է հանդիսանում: Ուզում է հիմա լինի, թե մեկ տարի հետո: Իհարկե, թեորիայի մեջ օլիգարխը կարող է հեղաշրջում անել: Ցանկացած բռնապետական երկրում գալիս է մի պահ, որ հենց իշխանական թիմի ներկայացուցիչներից մեկը կարող է հեղաշրջում անել, սակայն հարցը դրանում չի կայանում: Այն, որ թիվ մեկ օլիգարխը, մնալով այդ ռեժիմի մասնիկ, դառնա ընդդիմադիր եւ դուրս գա քրեաօլիգարխիկ ռեժիմի դեմ, գրեթե անհնար է: Վերջին հաշվով նա մինչ օրս քրեաօլիգարխիկ ռեժիմի մի մասնիկն է, նա օլիգարխ է:
