Մեկնարկել է ԱԺ հինգերորդ գումարման յոթերորդ նստաշրջանը: Ելույթով հանդես եկավ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Վերջինս նշեց, որ քիչ անց քվեարկության կդրվի «Սերժ Սարգսյանին պաշտոնանկ անելու մասին» ԱԺ որոշման նախագիծը:
«Մենք՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» միավորման կառավարման խորհրդի անդամներս, մեզ հաշիվ ենք տալիս, որ նախագիծը գործող Ազգային ժողովի օրակարգ մտնելու շանսեր չունի: Բայց քիչ անց՝ տեղի ունենալիք քվեարկության պահից, այսպես թե այնպես, այս իրավաքաղաքական փաստաթուղթը մտնելու է ներքաղաքական կյանքի օրակարգ, և մեր խնդիրն է լինելու ստեղծել այնպիսի քաղաքական պայմաններ, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ներկայացվող մեղադրանքներն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով քննվեն Հայաստանի դատաիրավական համակարգի կողմից: Կանխելով շահարկումները՝ ընդգծեմ, որ նախագիծը չի խախտում որևէ մեկի անմեղության կանխավարկածը:
Այստեղ շարադրված են հանրահայտ փաստեր, որոնք բանալի են հանդիսանում Սերժ Սարգսյանի գործունեության մութ կողմերի վերաբերյալ, օդում կախված չստուգված լուրերը վերջնականապես ստուգելու համար»:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Փաշինյանն իր և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» միավորման անունից պաշտոնապես հայտարարեց, որ այն Հայաստանը, որին ձգտում են իրենք՝ քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր միավորման անդամները, մի պետություն է, որը կատարելապես զերծ է քաղաքական հետապնդումներից, որտեղ բոլոր մարդիկ անվերապահորեն հավասար են օրենքի առաջ:
«Սույն առիթով իմ և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» անունից դատապարտում եմ Երրորդ հանրապետության պատմության ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած քաղաքական հետապնդման բոլոր դեպքերը՝ առանց բացառության, անկախ վաղեմության ժամկետներից:
Մենք մեր հիմնական առաքելությունը համարում ենք քաղաքական հետապնդումներից, ամենաթողությունից, անպատժելությունից ազատ Հայաստան»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
