Հազար ներողություն արտահայտությանս համար, բայց ինչ-որ մեկին «սիկտիր» անելուց էլ պետք է դա անել գեղեցիկ և պրոֆեսիոնալ, և այդ հարցում ես կասեի՝ աշխարհը Արցախի իշխանություններից սովորելու բան ունի:
Մասնավորապես, այս դեպքում «սիկտիրը» ոչ միայն արդարացված, այլ նաև գովելի է, քանի որ հասցեատերը ԱՄՆ-ն է: Եվ այս դեպքում այլ տարբերակ չէր էլ կարող լինել, քանի որ ԱՄՆ-ի պետդեպի դեպքում, իսկապես, մարդկային տգիտությունն ու տհասությունն անսահման է:
Երբ օրեր առաջ «մայդանագետ» և «պեչենի ու թեյ բաժանող» Նուլանդի հայտարարությունը Հայաստանի իշխանությունները «շան տեղ» չդրեցին, կարծում եմ, պետդեպը պետք է հասկանար, որ շարունակելն անիմաստ է: Բայց, հաշվի առնելով Փսակիի աշխարհագրական գիտելիքները (Բելառուսի՝ դեպի ծով ելք, իբրև թե, ունենալու մասին), կարելի է ենթադրել, որ նա հասկանալու հետ էլ խնդիրներ ունի և հերթական անգամ ցինիկ «մարդասիրական» կոչով հանդես գալը ամերիկյան տրամաբանության մեջ էր: Թե ԱՄՆ-ի խայտառակ պատմության մեջ իրականում նմանատիպ քանի բարի կամքի դրևորում է եղել իրենց կողմից՝ այդ մասին բազմիցս ասել եմ և եթե հարկ լինի, էլի կասեմ, բայց կոշտ մերժողական պատասխաններ հավանաբար քիչ են ստացել. կարծում եմ՝ ժամանակն է, որ սկսեն հերթով ստանալ: Թող Փսակիին ուղղված Արցախի պատասխանը օրինակ դառնա աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրների համար, որոնց ներքին գործերի մեջ փորձում է և կփորձի խոթել իր քիթն այդ գիշատիչ գերտերությունը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է բարի կամքի դրսևորմանը, ապա որպես իսկապես բարի կամքի դրսևորում, կարելի է մի խորհուրդ տալ ԱՄՆ-ի իշխանություններին, որ չպահեն Փսակիի նման պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք միայն հայտարարությունն անելուց հետո` գրասենյակ վերադառնալիս են ծանոթանում նյութի բուն թեմային, որ չցուցադրեն իրենց տգիտությունն ու ստորությունը ողջ աշխարհին, չնայած՝ արդեն վաղուց են ցուցադրել:
