Եվրամիությունը և Հայաստանը կարևոր գործընկերներ են, և ընթացող համագործակցությունն ընդգրկում է բազմաթիվ ոլորտներ: Տեսակետը ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Նազարյանինն է:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' փետրվարի 25-ին «ԵՄ-Հայաստան համագործակցության հեռանկարները ներկայիս քաղաքական համատեքստում» գիտաժողովի ժամանակ, դիվանագետն ընդգծեց հատկապես շարժունակության խթանմանն ուղղված ԵՄ ծրագրերը, մարդկանց միջև շփումների կարևորությունը: Նազարյանն ասաց, որ ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունները զարգանում են ինչպես պարբերական քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունների, այնպես էլ մի շարք ոլորտային ուղղություններով:
«ՀՀ-ԵՄ համագործակցության առանցքային կետերից են մարդու իրավունքների երկխոսությանն ուղղված քննարկումները, որոնք ամեն տարի անցկացվում են Երևանում և Բրյուսելում: Այս առումով Հայաստանի հաջողություններն ակնհայտ են, և դրանց մասին խոսում են նաև ԱլԳ մնացած պետությունները: Ընթանում են աշխատանքային քննարկումներ ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների նոր իրավական շրջանակի շուրջ' ներառյալ համագործակցությունն առևտրատնտեսական բաղադրիչի ձևավորման ուղղությամբ: Մեր համագործակցության օրակարգում կարևոր տեղ է զբաղեցնում մարդկանց միջև կապերի խրախուսումը»,- ասաց Նազարյանը' հավելելով, որ լավ նախադրյալներ կան ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում գործընկերային հարաբերությունների հատատման համար:
ԵՄ արժեհամակարգը սեփականություն դարձնելու և հարաբերությունը զարգացնելու գործում փոխնախարարը կարևորեց քաղաքացիական հասարակության դերակատարումը: Նա շեշտեց, որ մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ երեք համաժողով է անցացվել, որին մասնակցել են հասարակական կազմակերպություններ «Քաղաքացիական հասարակությունն իր ուրույն ներդրումն ունի ՀՀ-ԵՄ համագործակցության խթանման հարցում: Հայաստանի կառավարությունը կարևորում է քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներգրավվածությունը ոչ միայն ԵՄ-ի հետ նախաձեռնություններում, այլ նաև երկրում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների գործընթացում»,- ասաց Կարեն Նազարյանը:
Հայաստանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ ԵՏՄ-ի հետ ինտեգրացիոն քաղաքականությունը չի կարող ազդել Եվրամիության հետ համագործակցությանն ու ԱլԳ շրջանակում Եվրամիության ասոցացմանը: Հայաստանը Եվրամիությանը կներկայացնի այն ոլորտների և ծրագրերի փաթեթը, որոնք չեն խոչընդոտի համագործակցությանը ի նտեգրացիոն նոր զարգացումների պարագայում: Հայաստանը 2015թ. հունվարի 2-ից ԵՏՄ լիիրավ անդամ է:
