Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին ընդառաջ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում կանցկացվեն բազմապիսի միջոցառումներ, որոնք նպատակ ունեն ոչ միայն լայն հասարակությանը ներկայացնել մեկ դար առաջ տեղի ունեցած մարդկության դեմ կատարված առաջին հանցագործության մասին, այլև իրավական և քաղաքական ճանապարհով պահանջել ճանաչում և հատուցում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի հանձնախմբի նախագահ Գասպար Կարապետյանը շեշտում է, որ ներկա դրությամբ հանձնախումբը Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների հետ մշակում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված բանաձև, որը մինչև ապրիլի 24-ը պետք է դրվի քվեարկությանը:
«Բանաձևի մանրամասները ներկա դրությամբ չեմ կարող հաղորդել, քանի որ ընթանում է աշխատանք և տեքստի վերջնական տարբերակը դեռևս չի մշակվել: Բանաձևը պետք է դատապարտի Թուրքիային' մեկ դար առաջ կատարած Ցեղասպանության համար: Մենք նաև ցանկանում ենք, որ բանաձևով իրավական փոխհատուցման պահանջ դրվի: Բանաձևը կոչ է, որ Թուրքիան ճանաչի Ցեղասպանությունը: Տարբեր առաջարկություններ կան և մենք դրանք քննարկում ենք' ավելի լավ տարբերակի հասնելու համար: Հիմնականում մեծ կուսակցությունների հետ ենք աշխատում, որպեսզի ունենանք անհրաժեշտ ձայներ և բանաձևը խորհրդարանում կարողանանք անցկացնել»,- ասաց Գասպար Կարապետյանը' հավելելով, որ դեռևս 1987թ. Եվրոպական խորհրդարանն ընդունել է բանաձև Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին և Թուրքիայի մասին զեկույցներում մշտապես բարձրացնում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցը:
«Որոշ չափով լավատես եմ, որ բանաձևի ընդունումը կհաջողվի: Կա Հայաստան-Եվրոպական խորհրդարան բարեկամության լավ և ամուր խումբ: Խմբի անդամները հիսունյոթն են: Սովորաբար Հայաստանի նման փոքր պետությունների բարեկամության խմբերում առավելագույնը տասը-տասնհինգ հոգի է ընդգրկված լինում: Կարծում եմ բարեկամության խմբի հետ պետք է կարողանանք հաջողացնել մեր ծրագրերը: Օրինակ, վերջերս ադրբեջանցիներն էլ կազմեցին Բարեկամության խումբ, բայց գաղտնի են պահում կազմը: Խմբի անդամների թիվն ամենայն հավանականությամբ շատ փոքր է: Բացի այդ, Եվրախորհրդարանում այդքան էլ պատվաբեր չէ Ադրբեջանի բարեկամը լինելը»,- ասաց Գասպար Կարապետյանը: Բացի բանաձևի ընդունումից, նախատեսվում է, որ Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավորների պատվիրակությունն ապրիլին կգա Հայաստան և հայ ժողովրդի հետ կոգեկոչի Հայոց ցեղասպանության տարելիցը: «Կազմել ենք Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների նախնական ցանկ, ովքեր կայցելեն Հայաստան: Խմբում ընդգրկված կլիեն ոչ միայն Եվրախորհրդարան-Հայաստան բարեկամության խմբի անդամները, այլև այլ պատգամավորներ: Բնականաբար, կազմում կլինեն խմբի նախագահ Էլենի Թեոհարիուսը, փոխնախագահներ, ովքեր հարգանքի տուրք կմատուցեն Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին»,- ասաց Գասպար Կարապետյանը:
Ապրիլի 24-ից հետո էլ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը նվիրված միջոցառումները կշարունակվեն:
Մայիսին տեղի կունենա հուշարձանագետ Սամվել Կարապետյանի «Եղեռնը Եղեռնից հետո» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսը, որտեղ ներկայացված կլինեն հուշարաձանագետի արած լուսանկարները: Աշնանն արդեն Հայ դատի հանձնախումբը կնախաձեռնի միջազգային գիտաժողովը' նվիրված Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը: «Գիտաժողովը կունենա ինչպես գիտական այնպես էլ քաղաքական բաժին: Ներկա կլինեն միջազգային իրավունքի մասնագետներ, ցեղասպանագետներ, պատմաբաններ և քաղաքական գործիչներ: Մենք նաև ցանկանում ենք, որ հասարակ քաղաքացիներ էլ ներկա գտնվեն, որ լսեն քննարկումները: Այս ուղղությամբ ներկա դրությամբ ընթանում են աշխատանքներ»,- ասաց Գասպար Կարապետյանը' հավելելով, որ մինչև ապրիլի 24-ը մի քանի լեզուներով կհրատարակվի Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին ամփոփ գիրք, որը կպարունակի քարտեզներ, լուսանկարներ: Գիրքը, որ կլինի գերմաներեն, ֆրանսերեն և անգլերեն, կբաժանվի Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավորներին:
