Թուրքիան կարող է Օսմանյան կայսրության հիմնադիր Սուլեյման շահի պատճառով կանգնել միջազգային դատարանի առաջ:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում են թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ները:
Նշվում է, որ հայտնվել է այն տարածքի տերը, որտեղ մի քանի օր առաջ թուրքական զինված ուժերը Սիրիայում «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորման վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող դամբարանից տեղափոխել են Սուլեյման շահի մասունքները: Տարածքի սեփականատերը հանդիսանում է սիրիացի 44-ամյա թուրքմեն Բոզան Օսմանը: Նա քրդաբնակ Քոբանիի Էսմե գյուղի բնակիչ է, սակայն, փախչելով ԻՊ-ի հարձակումներից, իր 8 երեխաների, մոր և 2 եղբայրների հետ ապաստանել է Թուրքիայում:
Վերջինս թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ներին հայտնել է, որ իրեն պատկանող տարածքում Սուլեյման շահի նոր դամբարանը կառուցելու համար Թուրքիան իրենից թույլտվություն չի ստացել:
«Ես տրիլիոններ արժեցող իմ այդ տարածքը վաճառելու մտադրություն չունեի: Սակայն ինչ եղավ' եղավ: Հուսով եմ, որ Թուրքիայի ղեկավարությունը կփոխհատուցի ինձ հասցված վնասը: Ներկայումս ինձ պատկանող 60 դոնյում (64048 քառ.մ) տարածքում զինվորներ են տեղակայվել: Ստացվում է, որ ես պետք է նոր տարածք գնեմ, ինչի համար փողի կարիք ունեմ: Ես ցանկանում եմ բնակվել իմ ծննդավայրում»,- ասել է նա:
Բ. Օսմանն ասել է, որ եթե իրեն պահանջվող փոխհատուցումը չտրվի, կդիմի միջազգային դատարան:
«Եթե Թուրքիան ինձ հասանելիք գումարը չփոխհատուցի, այլընտրանք չունենալով, պետք է դիմեմ միջազգային դատարան: Հուսով եմ, հարկադրված չեմ լինի դիմել նման քայլի»,- ասել է սիրիացի հողատերը:
Թուրքիայի զինված ուժերը, համաձայնության գալով ԻՊ-ի և Սիրիայի հյուսիսային տարածքները վերահսկող քրդական «Դեմոկրատական միասնություն կուսակցության» (PYD) զինյալների հետ, մի քանի օր առաջ Սուլեյման շահի մասունքները տեղափոխել են թուրք-սիրիական սահմանից 200 մ հեռավորությամբ Սիրիայի Էսմեի շրջանում գտնվող մոտ նույն մակերեսով տարածքով վայր:
Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել է, որ սրբությունների տեղափոխումը «դամբարանի կարգավիճակի մասին պայմանավորվածությունների փոփոխություն չի նշանակում», և այն արվել է «անվտանգության նկատառումներով»:
Սուլեյման շահի (1178-1236) դամբարանը Թուրքիայի իրավազորության տակ է գտնվում 1921 թվականին Ֆրանսիայի հետ կնքված պայմանագրի համաձայն (այդ ժամանակ Սիրիան Ֆրանսիայի գաղութն էր): Դամբարանի զբաղեցրած տարածքը, որտեղ բարձրացված էր թուրքական դրոշը, պահպանում էր Թուրքիայի ԶՈւ մոտ 50 հոգիանոց գումարտակը:
