ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը փետրվարի 26-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Ավստրիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան (նստավայրը' Վիեննա) Ալոիս Կրաուտին և Մոսկվայում Ավստրիայի Հանրապետության դեսպանատան ռազմական կցորդ, գնդապետ Պլատերտին: Այցի նպատակն էր ՀՀ կառավարության հետ համատեղ արտակարգ իրավ իճակներում բնակչության տարհանման ընդհանուր պլանի մշակումը: Սա դեսպանի առաջին այցն է եղել ՏԿԱԻՆ և կրել է նաև ճանաչողական բնույթ:
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ նախարար Երիցյանը ներկայացրել է նախարարության ընդհանուր գործունեությունն արտակարգ իրավիճակների և տարածքային կառավարման բնագավառում:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով նախարարին ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ դեսպան Կրաուտը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում շատ են ավստրիացի զբոսաշրջիկները, ինչպես նաև զանազան աշխատանքային ծրագրեր իրականացնող ավստրիացիները, և ավստրիական կողմը ցանկանում է ՀՀ կառավարության հետ արտակարգ իրավիճակներում գործելու ընդհանուր ծրագիր մշակել: Այս նպատակով ապրիլի 15-ից Հայաստան է ժամանելու Ավստրիայի աղետների աջակցության թիմը, որում ընդգրկված են լինելու երեքական ներկայացուցիչ Ավստրիայի պաշտպանության, ներքին գործերի և արտաքին գործերի նախարարություններից: Խմբի առաջին կայանատեղին լինելու է Գյումրին, որտեղ Ավստրիայի զարգացման գործակալությունն իրականացնում է մանկական հիվանդանոցի վերանորոգում և աշխատանքներ է տանում երիտասարդ հաշմանդամների հետ, որպեսզի վերջիններիս ավելի հեշտ լինի ինտեգրվել հասարակական կյանքին: Ապրիլի 16-ին աղետների աջակցության թիմը կայցելի «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայան, ապա Հայաստանի այն վայրերը, որտեղ շատ զբոսաշրջիկներ են լինում, և որոնք աղետների հարցում առավել վտանգավոր են:
Ընդառաջելով դեսպանի խնդրանքին՝ նախարար Երիցյանը ավստրիական թիմի հետ համատեղ աշխատանքների պատասխանատուներ է նշանակել ՓԾ տնօրեն գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Սերգեյ Ազարյանին և ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ արտաքին կապերի վարչության պետ Մարիամ Գևորգյանին:
Այցի ավարտին նախարար Երիցյանը հյուրերին ցույց է տվել ՏԿԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնը և ՀՀ կառավարության պահեստային սերվերային կենտրոնը:
Արտակարգ իրավիճակների բնագավառում Ավստրիայի և Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը սկիզբ է առել դեռ 1988 թ.-ին Սպիտակի երկրաշարժի ժամանակ:
