Վրաստանում ստեղծված ֆինանսական ճգնաժամին արձագանքել է նախկին վարչապետ Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլին, ով պաշտոնից հեռանալուց հետո կուլիսների հետևից հետևում է Վրաստանում ընթացող զարգացումներին:
Վերջին օրերին ազգային արժույթի արժեզրկման առնչությամբ ևս Իվանիշվիլին զերծ չի մնացել մեկնաբանություն անելուց, և ներկայացրել է իր կարծիքը ֆինանսական շուկայում առկա վիճակի վերաբերյալ:
Նախկին վարչապետը լարիի կուրսի նվազումը պայմանավորել է արտաքին աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող տնտեսական և քաղաքական զարգացումներով և ցնցումներով՝ ընգծելով, որ խնդիրը չի առնչվում միայն Վրաստանին, այլ նմանատիպ իրավիճակում են հայտնվել օրինակ հարևան Հայաստանը և Մոլդովան, սակայն վերջինները Իվանիշվիլիի կարծիքով կարողացել են իրավիճակը կայունացնելու ճիշտ քաղաքականություն իրականացնել, ինչն, ըստ էության, թերի են կատարում վրացի պաշտոնյաները: Իվանիշվիլին մասնավորապես քննադատել է Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահին՝ նշելով, որ վերջինը պատշաճ չի կատարում իր աշխատանքային և պաշտոնեական պարտականությունները, ինչի արդյուքնում իրավիճակը վերահսկողությունից կարող է դուրս գալ: Նախկին պաշտոնյան դրական է գնահատել Հայաստանի և Մոլդովայի ԿԲ-ների մարտավարությունը նմանատիպ իրավիճակում, երբ վերոնշյալ կառույցներն իրենց ազգային արժույթի կուրսը կայունացնելու նպատակով արտարժույթի հավեlյալ հոսքեր են ուղղել շուկա, ինչը թույլ է տվել իրավիճակը վերահսկել և խուսափել ճգնաժամից:
Իվանիշվիլին ստեղծված իրավիճակում անընդունելի է համարել ընդդիմության գործելաոճը, այն է, ապատեղեկատվություն տարածելով և մարդկանց շրջանում խուճապային տրամադրություններ առաջացնելով, էլ ավելի սրել դրությունը: Նախկին վարչապետը փաստել է, որ իրավիճակի համար մեղավոր է ԿԲ-ի ղեկավարությունը, այլ ոչ թե՝ Կառավարությունը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ նախորդ տարեվերջին, երբ նույնանման խնդիր էր առաջացել, Կառավարությանը հաջողվեց մի շարք միջոցառումների իրականացման շնորհիվ կայունացնել ոլորտը, իսկ ներկա փուլում, ըստ Իվանիշվիլիի, պետք է ադեկվատ գործեր ԿԲ-ն, ինչն, ըստ էության, չի արվել:
